Scam website do not buy

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVEN THROUGH WOWCHER. I've sent a million emails asking them for the correct items they have missed. They have emailed me back but have sent me faulty items. DO NOT buy from them. I probably won't receive an email or refund now because of this review but this has been a month now. Just please do not order or buy from them.

Bought my daughter an ipad for her birthday. She has autism and an ipad really helps her regulate. She was so excited, opened it to realise it switched off every 5 minutes. A heartbroken child on her birthday, I even paid extra for the diamond version. Had to go to Argos and buy her one i was guaranteed would work. Refused to offer a refund so I had to get an replacement. This replacement was a phone. Had the phone less than a week, I decided to give it her today as a surprise. Again another faulty product. Says on 10 minutes then off again and won't come back on, battery lasts 10 minutes at a time from 100% to 2%.

At 78 yrs old I decided it was time to get a smart phone. Bought from Google, supplied by London Magic Store.Within 2 days I locked phone and asked LMS for advice. I was asked to send phone to them and 7days later got the phone back in working order! My offer to pay was turned down and they have checked back with me to see if A OK. Great and friendly service.

Have ordered iPad air via Wowcher from this company, meant to be delivered tomorrow with the express delivery yet hasn't even been dispatched yet will be contacting Wowcher for refund

No communication or order updates, was made to pay for quicker delivery but ended up arriving the standard 3 to 5 days. Customer service was poor, didn't appear as knowing what they are doing.

I ordered Amazon Echo 4th generation & received Echo 5th generation, which is a cheaper & inferior version, this to me is a & crooked way of selling, stating it is one thing & sending a different product.

Scammed me. Sent me a defective item, they asked me to return it for a replacement and now not heard from them.

Received this phone in bubble wrap i an envelope, it has no charger. Everytime I went back onto the site I was given another voucher. The postage I was charged was nearly £15 which was rather excessive.These people need to be reported to the trade and standards, to me it's nothing more than a scam. I am still waiting for a refund on the vouchers.

Absolutely brilliant service kept me up to date with my delivery. Bought 3 iPads and no problems what so ever. Definitely recommended 😊

Item totally useless.Will not turn on after fully charged. Would not buy anything again.

I bought it as an original cable for my Huawei p30 pro. Neither the cable was original nor the input is correct for my phone.

Bought an iPhone 8 via wowcher which came with nothing bar the phone not even an invoice, charger, or sim card tool. The phones Bluetooth also doesn’t work as it won’t connect to any of my devices like headphones or car. I’ve been trying to start the returns process since last week on the 8th of November with no response and wowcher have been no help at all! Stay clear of this company. I even had to pay £13.99 delivery once passed through to this site from wowcher which was never stated.

Edit: Wowcher are unbelievable, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the merchant for 10 days now with no luck and every 3 working days they just ask me to wait another 3 working days without actually doing anything. I don’t understand how they get away with this if I’m totally honest and I would never use this site again.

Bought a refurbished HTC from this company and wished I hadn't can't download any apps it won't let me says I'm not connected, connected to what I don't know basically it hadnt be refurbished correctly if at all the only use it has is as a phone I wanted it for my cycling apps but can't install anything worthless very bad company do not trust them they are crap

Item didn't arrive no proof of postage waiting for refund

Sent used phone when sold as a new one. Only good point is refunded promptly.

The company was truly good to their word. They kept me up date with the delivery

The item was ordered express.
It never showed up.
we were given a load of flannel which later transpired to be a complete pack of lies - by their own admission.
In the end, the money was returned after many many emails and calls.
They insisted it had been sent to us but in fact, their system flagged our transaction as potentially fraudulent - apparently they knew it was putting out false warnings but the director stopped the sending of our goods without even investigating.. It wasn't but claimed it was in the post and then that they were waiting for DPD to return it were just bare faced lies. They had it all the time in my opinion. When DPD were challenged by is they said they had not yet received it from the seller.
We had to change the delivery address twice which didn't help of course but the whole reason we did so was because they didn't send goods we had paid for in full. Not one word of apology. Deal with this company at your peril. Our original review has seemingly gone but our experience was so bad, we would hate to see others go through the same process and be out of pocket. We were close to issuing through the small claims court.....
