Poor quality, cheap clothes. I ordered two jackets as Christmas presents, they were supposed to be Northface, when they arrived, they were cheap knock offs. Company has offered up to 50% discount, but will not pay for the return delivery. I don’t feel like I should pay for the return delivery back to China. I would avoid buying from them .

Seen on Snapchat Ad, thought legit... Turns out no parcel has arrived, it's been 2 months! No refund issued.

I'm surprised these are allowed to promote on Snapchat and even allowed to have an active Shopify store!

Should be blocked.

I am shocked to see the polo fake jacket which they took £55 by cutting to half price from 115.
It’s fake thin fabric.
I am disappointed how they are operating in uk and using Ralph Loren Name .
Hopefully London in fashion will soon be blocked and why they are using our capital name to run their fake business .

Scam. Ordered over a month ago. A uk product wouldn't take this long. If I get anything at all it will have come from China.

Absolute Scam site 50 quid wasted because they are fake cheap Chinese material that isn’t worth wearing these need reporting to trading standards

I orderd 3 addidas hoodies,they took 20 days to come,thought it was a London based company ,it is not. Hoodies came,poor quality and fake,there's one born every minute and this time it's me

I ordered a body warmer off them it seem to take ages to get to me at one stage it stated it was delivered but it wasn't now im trying to return the item and they want me to pay for postage the only problem is I think it's going back to china

Fake merchandise and awful customer service. I purchased two adidas hoodies from them. The quality is poor and they are counterfeit products. I chased for a refund and they make it harder for you to return items as they have to go back to china. All communications is AI based. Do not waste your time with these. I eventually got a 50% refund after numerous emails so keep on chasing them if you need to. Ultimately don’t bother buying from them bunch of con artists.

So I saw there ad on snapchat, that already was raising a red flag but I thought I'll look into it and find out. Of course there's not really much to go off other then "Is it a fake we site" search on google, its maybe like 50/50. I tried contacting them through there webpage "contact us" they did get back to me with in 24 hours, bit sus to be honest. I have ordered stuff and it says its coming from China so it looks like its the same as "londonoutfit.com" If it looks like what the images says Ill be happy but I have a feeling that I will not see the parcel.
