I had an amazing experience. I originally ordered 3 bundles of 4/30 but it wouldn’t ship in time for my braid appointment which was on 2/8/25. I had contacted customer service about the status of my hair on 2/3/25. Customer service was amazing and said they could ship out 4/27 instead and have it to me by 2/7/25. Their promise was made and I was able to get my hair on time. The quality is amazing with the hair being soft with no smell at all. My braider was really impressed by the quality of the hair.

This is a scam, they take your money & don't give you your product, & when you reach out they don't reach out right away you have to message them 2 or more times for a reason if any. They will not give you your money. Even though they 3 party DHL Gates refunds the money back to them for them to issue your refund back, they tell you to call DHL To open a calim when they know for a fact that you can not because you can't they have to open the claim because that's were they receive there product from & shipping from & you order from there personal website. Please do not place order you well regret it.

As for the wig itself, it is true to length and the density is perfect—not too thick and not too thin. It looks natural and has quickly become one of my favorite wigs.
