LOVE Lola’s leads! I bought one for our drawing room and, honestly, it’s amazing how something so simple like an extension lead can make such a massive difference! Highly recommend this to anyone who hates normal extension leads as much as I do!!

Good quality product and really prompt delivery. There was a minor issue, which was quickly resolved, and the lead was exchanged and postage paid. Customer service was brilliant.

Dear Customer, I am very sorry you feel this way. We have never had a complaint before about this. However, we have struggled for years to find a good quality rewireable 6 gang socket in black. Our white Masterplug 6 gang socket is far superior but they don't make it in black. With this in mind we will reduce the price from now on by £2.00 We do not make a large margin on the sockets. It is the cable that is expensive. I will refund you more than £2.00 as an apology and thanking you for your feed back. We will now put a photograph of both colours and an honest description on our website. We are also hoping to produce our own sockets within the UK very soon. At which point I would be happy to replace free of charge, Bad reviews like this are very damaging to a tiny business like ours and hopefully these actions will make sure it doesn't happen again.

I was a bit disappointed so I sent it back. I thought by what I’d seen it would be a bit more vintage looking. I was disappointed it was just a white plastic strip of plug sockets. Sorry.

Lovely colours
Really nice product, lots of lovely colours and they are super helpful if you need to exchange (inadvertently ordered an EU plug). Only caveat is that shipping is expensive if you need to return & replace (cost me £21 total for that), and it is with Hermes.
