Excellent service from the North Greenwich stall. Professional and efficient servers, highly commended. The mini cupcakes were a hit at work, too. Just wish they delivered!

Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. excellent dairy free, gluten free chocolate cake
Very convenient to pick up the cake at my tube station Lola outlet. Unbelievable how delicious the cake was- could not believe it was dairy free and gluten free. The raspberries balanced the richness of the cake. Service was excellent and very easy to order from the website.

I have been fully refunded.
Do not recommend the vegan options.

Went to collect the cake for birthday…
Went to collect the cake for birthday but shop was shut saying we will be back soon. After waiting for 15 mins noone came so we left, Later in the evening cakes went out of stock when we called so technically couldnt collect the birthday cake

I am sorry to hear that out store was closed when you arrived. We do close some of our stores temporarily so our staff are able to take a short break in the middle of the day but I will pass this feedback on to see if we can improve this for the future.
