Lola's - Kingston Bentals Centre Recenzje

easy to order and collect, cakes are amazing !!!

The cake that we got from Lola’s Cupcake was incredible! We literally had people coming back from seconds the only reason why it got 4 stars because the lady that served the cake to my sister was questioning why we put a picture of our cat on the cake! Ask if this matted to her, like we have paid for the extra so does it really matter!! Next time I might just order the cake to the house.

Great cake. From start to finish it was easy to order and get the cake delivered. A really great service

The cake was tasty and colourful and all who came to my birthday like the cake and it waa well made .I really appreciate your work and I will recommend my friends to use Lola in the near future

The cake was amazing. It was the vegan and gluten free one and everyone loved it. I would only recommend that it is made clear on the website that the cake needs to be in the fridge until serving as I was unaware and luckily managed to fit it in the fridge as we picked it the day before the party

Beautiful special day little birthday cake

I registered as a member last year. On November 13th this year, I went to the Kingston store to collect my birthday cake, but the staff rudely told me that because my spending over the past year was too low, I could only receive a single cupcake.

First, although my family bought cakes from your store more than once over the past year, I wasn’t the one who made the purchases, so my membership card wasn’t used and therefore no spending record appears.

Second, I showed the staff your official terms and conditions, which do not state that a certain spending amount is required to receive the birthday cake. However, she ignored me completely and insisted, in a very rude manner, that I could only choose one cupcake.

I feel that I was treated unfairly.

Ordered an extra large birthday cake mid week for collection Saturday morning for my mums 70th party. The cake was beautiful and delicious. I also ordered some vegan cupcakes for some guests with allergies they were also beautiful and I’m assured tasted as good as they looked.

Amazing cake, my family love the cake, we will be recommending to family and friends, thank you.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming..... I'll definitely visit the store again.

Very happy with everything
Thank you

Very easy to order online and collect in store.
Staff member pleasant and helpful on collection

Fresh tasted delicious beautiful decorated. Enjoyed by everyone

As always yummy cake, yummy flavours and the design everything perfect, my only concern was the amount of suger, if u reduce the suger a bit, it would be cherry on the top

Staff in the shop were really helpful. Cake was lovely just what I ordered . Used Lola’s lots of times. Will definitely use again.
My daughter loved it for her Birthday.

Quality guaranteed
This has been our fourth year ordering from Lola’s for our birthday cakes for both our daughters. This year we decided to decorate it ourselves and Lola’s staff have been incredible helpful at helping us putting the request of keeping the cake plain and free of decoration through to the bakery. As always the cake was exquisitely delicious and they listened our requests.

That was an easy and fast way to order a beautiful and very tasty birthday cake!

Trust me when I say that the cake that I ordered was beyond my expectations...My son absolutely loved it. I was SO delicious and looked amazing...I will definitely order again.
