Hi dear, so sorry for the inconvenience 😔 Payment issues like this are often due to system risk controls or your bank blocking the transaction — unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do on our end. We recommend checking with your card issuer. Really sorry about that 🙏
Odpowiedź od Loladiva Lenses
Thank you for sharing your honest experience — we truly appreciate your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the lenses didn't stay on well and felt difficult to handle. Comfort and ease of use are things we care deeply about, and it sounds like this pair may not have been the best fit for your eyes.
Different contact lenses vary in base curve, diameter, and material, and finding the right match makes a big difference in how they feel and perform. If you're ever interested in trying other styles, we'd recommend paying attention to the base curve and diameter parameters — choosing lenses that better match your eye shape can greatly improve both comfort and ease of application.
Thank you again for your feedback. We'll continue working to improve our products, and we hope to provide you with a better experience in the future.

I do not approve of the contacts
I do not approve of the contacts. They have these extra two white dots on the lenses that I think are unnecessary. However I love thr color itself.

Hello, thank you so much for your feedback!
We're glad to hear that you love the color—we agree, it's a really beautiful shade.
Regarding the two white dots you mentioned, we'd like to explain: those are highlight spots intentionally designed to make the eyes look more natural and dimensional. Many of our customers actually love this detail because it gives the eyes a brighter, more lively appearance. Of course, aesthetic preferences are very personal, and we completely understand if this design isn't to your liking.
We have many other beautiful styles available in our shop, with new arrivals launching every month. Feel free to browse around—you might just find one that suits you even better!
