Ik heb een halve maat….en dat is lastig. De schoenen die ik bestelde in maat 41 waren te klein. Zonder problemen is er een maat 42 opgestuurd. En geen retourneringskosten! Geweldige, persoonlijke service. Ik draag al minstens 25 jaar Loints schoenen. Ze zijn mooi, eigenwijs, goed van kwaliteit. Je kunt er jaren op lopen. Alleen mogen de halve maten graag weer terug komen…

Na teleurstelling een goede oplossing
Ik heb vaker schoenen besteld van loints. Altijd maat 40. Nooit problemen. Dit keer kwam ik met geen mogelijkheid in de schoenen. Terwijl ik dit model een paar jaar eerder ook al heb besteld. Ook ritssluitingen waren niet de soort die vroeger werd gebruikt. Ik weet niet of ik nog ga bestellen. Ben erg teleurgesteld.
Intussen heb ik een prettig contact gehad met de firma Loints of Holland. Zij hebben goed met me meegedacht over oplossingen. Een pluim voor dit bedrijf.

J'aime ces chaussures et je ne les trouvais plus en boutique. J'ai pu renvoyer les chaussures car la taille était trop petite. J'ai reçu rapidement la paire plus grande et c'est parfait !

pistes d'amélioration du suivi en France
Pas de soucis avec les chaussures elle-même. Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'achète cette marque. Ce qu'il faudrait améliorer : c'est la prise en compte en français : pas toujours de traduction en français au fil des écrans, d'où une démarche d'achat cahoteuse et pas sûre.
Pour la France je vous conseille de changer de transporteur. Beaucoup de problèmes avec Chronopost (que je n'utilise plus). Les envois sont toujours retardés ou annulés et ils vous envoient un mail qui indique que c'est vous qui avait demandé de différer la livraison (ou le dépôt dans un point-relais) ce qui est complètement faux.
Enfin, votre site indique pas d'échange gratuit avec la France (d'où hésitation avant d'acheter) et finalement cela a été possible(changement de taille). Et lorsque votre entreprise accuse réception du retour à votre entrepôt le mail reçu indique que je vais être remboursée. Le lendemain un autre mail m'indique que la bonne pointure vient d'être réexpédiée.... Bref, procédure à revoir....

Only the currier BRT in Italy is…
Only the currier BRT in Italy is creating issue for delyvery always very in late and outside the timelines policy of delivery.
Site staff of Lonints Ronald and Mary erre very supportive and escalate immidiately the currier. I suggest to company ti change currier BRT for Italy with DHL. BRT is not working good in italy since months
For the shoes instead I used also years ago and nothing to say about quality, I wouod like that for woman n35 come back in production for the most par of the lines.
In anycase happy with my shopping.

The shoes are beautifully made and the sizing instructions are accurate. I ordered quite a few pairs and then had to make a return from Australia, though, and that had to be done manually. Loints staff were very helpful but I will buy from suppliers in Australia in future.

Wieder eine gute Wahl!
Leider sind die Stiefeln viel zu eng, ich habe jahrelang mit genau diese Stiefel in Größe 39 mir bestellt und immer sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht.Aber jetzt…,irgendwie ist das Leder anders und wesentlich fester.Schade,aber vielleicht probiere ich nochmal eine Nummer größer? Die Lieferung war ganz fix-die retour ging auch problemlos.Nun warte ich nur noch auf die Rückerstattung …….
Und diese erfolgte dann doch recht schnell und unkompliziert.
Und es gab einen sehr angenehmen Austausch.Und nun besitze ich ein paar neue Stiefel tatsächlich eine Nummer größer und bin sehr zufrieden.
Ich vergebe alle Sterne auf die Stiefel und auf den Service.

Levering was snel
Levering was snel, ook het terugsturen was goed geregeld. Ik vind het vreemd dat als ik mijn maat bestel ik de ritsen niet dichtkrijg en bij het volgende paar ze pas met een schoenlepel aan kan trekken.
Alle vorige bestellingen waren geen probleem. Hebben jullie soms een nieuwe schoenmaker of komen ze uit China?

Dank voor je duidelijke review en fijn om te horen dat de levering en retour soepel verliepen.
Wat jammer dat je deze keer problemen had met de pasvorm, terwijl eerdere bestellingen juist altijd goed gingen.
Je vermoeden klopt: de productie vindt nog steeds binnen Europa plaats, maar is onlangs wel verplaatst naar een andere locatie — met dus ook een ander team van vakmensen.
We doen er alles aan om de kwaliteit en pasvorm gelijk te houden, maar feedback zoals die van jou is daarbij ontzettend waardevol. Zo kunnen we gericht controleren en verbeteren.
Dank dat je dit met ons deelt — we geven het intern zeker door.
