I had a concerning experience working with this company.

At the beginning, I was told the business was located in Los Angeles, but later information suggested a different location, which created confusion and reduced my confidence. Communication was not always clear, and it was difficult to verify who I was actually working with, as identities and company details were not transparent.

There were also unexpected charges on my credit card that I did not clearly authorize. When I tried to understand and resolve the situation, I did not receive clear explanations or timely responses.

I recommend that the company improve in the following areas:
• Be transparent about business location and registration details
• Clearly identify team members and contacts
• Ensure all charges are fully explained and authorized in advance
• Provide prompt and consistent customer support

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its practices for future customers.

These guys are scammers and extortioners they start a project to hold everything up by forcing you to pay for their hosting plans which are a joke. We did a website with our church and they said nothing would work until we paid much more for their hosting. A few weeks later the whole site went down. Then they said find your own hosting which we had in the first place. NO REFUND BY THE WAY. Our current project they are holding our files hostage unless we pay more for their hosting gimmicks. Never trust these people and get your attorney to go after them. THEY CAN AND WILL BE FOUND. We paid them $699.00 and they have stolen our files for our lead funnel. Adam is so dishonest that he called me asking if I was trying to blackmail him with this complaint and I said you gotta be kidding. Give me what I paid for and do people right who trust you and PAY YOU.

I wrote a review a while back about these guys making your site look infected, in an attempt to extort money from you. They then called and begged me to take down review and they would fix it. Well I figured out how to fix it on my own, and left review. Fast forward a couple of months. Now they have put up a re direct on my site that goes to an adult site to buy sex toys. In addition to that they have removed my admin access, so I cant even get in to fix it. When I contact them about it, their answer was the same as last time. Try to upsell me security packages since I must have gotten hacked. The hack came from them, just like last time. Talking to a lawyer now about a law suite. Then find out the address listed in California is a fake. They are in India, scamming people from there, which makes it harder to sue them. Run from this company! Do not use them, even if every other company is gone. If I could give negative stars I would. The guy that helped me is named James Martinez, totally fake name from a fake company.

I spent $2500 and an entire year going back and forth having to get Webshusky to correct the most ridiculous errors to get the site I wanted. They had me buy a lifetime hosting package from what was represented as Google for $3800 through Webshusky, however refused to provide me with the contract agreement, I bought my domain, of course through Webshusky for $1800 but they wont release the acct log in for me to manage MY domain account. So now, they called me on Thanksgiving with a message, there was a malicious attack on the server and my site is supposedly affected and I need to pay close to $2k to provide all these various documents to prove compliance and show ownership of this new domain to use as a forwarding domain to get my site back up while I prove I own the domain. I refused and was told they will not release anything to me unless and until I pay the $2k for the documents. They are scammers and frauds. I have no access to my site, site files, backend log in, webmail account and my domain account log in. All was chanhed to lock me out. I have retained an attorney and am reaching out to other victims of their scams and fraud. Their address in Pasadena is a virtual address. They wont provide me with their business license etc. They have done this same dirty tactic to other former clients. Beware of Gary, Jay, Zoie, Warren and anyone else from Webshusky. My business has been held hostage and they put an immediate stop on my sales with this devious tactic. Go anywhere but here. Run as fast as you can.

Took them to court, they botched 2 websites, dragged it on for years, refused the 'satisfaction guaranteed' clause, horrible to work with. I took them to court and won a judgment against them. However, they're sketchy. US address not valid. Judge couldn't find them either, so he authorized alternative service for them because they don't appear to operate anywhere in the US! Now I have to track down their financials for the refund and penalties. Will keep you posted when I find them, but beware, you're not dealing with a US company with any protections since they're likely, in my experience, in Pakistan or India. I would find someone else who is far more up front and legit about who they are. Ask who their legal rep is. Ask to see a business license. Ask to verify their address, prove that they are there. They'll scatter like roaches. **Update** Going after their bank accounts, as they've refused to pay the judgement against them. No appeal, just a wall of silence.

They are a scam...I would caution you with using this company. They will mislead you to think you own your site and then hold it hostage. They will always try to get you to pay more. Please beware, they are a scam. They will shut your site down and make you think a bug or something happen and charge you to fix it. Do not use this company. I am going to report them to the Los Angelo BBB.

I lost my website, domain and emails because I would not Zelle them $699 to transfer my domain and C-Panel

I would not recommend them to anyone. They created a website for my business and there was no issues with communication. Payment was made to them but the account number was missing a digit, so the money was resent again to them, their bank did not resend the money to my account for the first transaction. Now I'm seeking cooperation from them to contact their bank to try and help us to get back the money, and I've been told I'll get a call back, they're checking and no response, and no one is trying to understand that I'm losing my money.

We were not told there was a 1 year deadline, only UNLIMITED corrections and changes and that the project would be done in 4-6 weeks. Honestly, it could have been a 6 month project but the amount of rework that had to be done on their end for their mistakes added another 6 months (6 months is being nice - there are several things I still need to go back and correct).

Their lack of communication, attention to detail and deadlines pushed the project out to 12 months. We would send in what we needed to have completed and then we would go look and found everything from spelling errors to photo errors to ignoring the bulk of the work requested. We had to find the corrections and errors. We would tell our PM to have them double check their work, he would tell us it was good and that they did double check e - and we would still find a minimum of 10 errors per request. I wish I was joking. It would also take weeks to have them start to implement requests including our "final ask" that was during our surprise contract terms - they called and said that we needed to pay to have them make the update that we had requested 2 weeks before their contract ended because again, they are very slow to respond.

I would request a phone or video confrence, tell them what time I had available and not get a response for days so my office would schedule that time and then they would be "waiting for me" on one of the 3 times that I had suggested the week before without a response or confirmation or meeting request. After we called them out on this happening 3 times, they finally sent a meeting request and then they failed to show up to that one. After another scathing email calling them out for their unprofessional behavior, some emails were responded to in a timely manner.

If you don't mind checking and re-checking their work, missed appointments and little to no communication, then go with this team. We had a bad experience and I regret selecting this company. The sales guy was great, everyone else has been a nightmare.

They did build a decent project that I know we can work with and finish but this should never have taken this long. Most of the commnication goes over email. There are other companies out there that value their customer's time better.

They are little unprofessional about the project deadlines and budget. They made you believe that your work will be done with in 2 weeks to get your project and money out of you. Then they will make you chase them for your own project. They don’t ask appropriate questions about your needs and budget and they hide everything from you. My project was supposed to end with in 2-4 weeks period but it’s now over 28 weeks and still waiting for my completion.😣😣

It took way longer to build than they said and i still didn’t receive everything i wanted. I requested my back up files upon completion and he said to download it from the hosting site (3yrs ago) and i did. Fast forward to today and there was randomly a error when the hosting site always ran checks and they all came back clean (I’m convinced they set up the website to only work properly for so long so you have to come back to them or a similar company) and now my website is completely gone for the second time costing over 3000 that i invested into it and the files they uploaded to the hosting site are useless (according to the hosting site the website files were never uploaded)

Please do not trust the people with you website or money. Jeremy and Aleana took months to get a proper website created. I had to write liturally everything myself. Once I got it they way I wanted it. They told me not to pay my renewal fee for my Domain Name they said I did nit need to after my website went offline they bought a domain close to mine nursing one letter. When I noticed it almost immediately they tried to tell me it was my fault after a day to day argument them taking my website offline they told me I had to pay them 500.00 to put it back up. I then tried to move my website to another company and they took it offline and are refusing to give it to me. This is the second company to do this to me. So unless I pay them again for my website they will not give it to me. So I have lost both my domain names and my website plus over $2,000.00 dallors. So I guess if I want to get my website I will have to pay them again or get another name that is not my company name abd/or sue them. They are the second company to do this. I suggest to everyone to get your domain and website under your control you should do this so if you want to move it or make changes you will not loose it like I am. I will have to pay them to get mine. Luckily I took pictures of my website to get it done again

Great communication and customization. I had an idea and they helped me make it reality. The website is very well designed and pleasing to look at. I highly recommend them.

I did not have a good experience with Website Huskey. Can they build websites? Sure. But their sales team is sooooo aggressive. I started a new business - they knew this - and their people kept hounding me to spend another thousand on this and another thousand on that. They belittled what little I knew about web design. And, when I was closing my business, they cut off access to my Outlook email before my business was even closed.

I do not recommend Website Husky. Avoid is my advice.

Price was affordable and the customer service was great! Worked with Eric who was exceptional.

Zoie was very efficient and diligent. He was caring and got back to me right away with questions and concerns myself and my partner had. He definitely complimented his company in every way and went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend WebsHusky to all of my friends who are looking for professional and dedicated employees who care.
