The process started well with chat conversations about what I was looking for and what they could offer. Very happy with what the team designed for my new company but the pressured conversations about copywriting, and subsequent cost, left a bad taste in my mouth. I hired you and paid for a logo, you designed said logo, the end. My contact person never called me back I had to call the US from Canada and I found the communication hard in general. I would not recommend just based on my experience, maybe wiser to pick a local company next time, especially as I progress further with my company. Design great, experience poor.

After dealing with Brad for over a year now, I have yet to see my website and copyright certificate. A lot of going back and forth, I do take responsible for a portion of the delay as we were waiting on images that I wanted to use for the website. Nowhere in the contract does it say I was required to make addition purchases. I paid for the whole package of the website design, logo design, all social media, the copyright to the logo, domain, and SSL. I spent close to $10000 already!!! Yet, they kept asking for additional payment. We provided samples of what we would like for the website but got ignored. Brad suggested a website with customization options as I explained what I was looking for. No where did he mention additional charges. All the design were very mediocre and amateur but was promised that it will look very professional once it goes live as they're still in developing stage. He asked for another $2000!!!!! to complete the website. He said it was the last payment for the website to go live!! I felt as if they were holding my website hostage!!!! There was no way I was willling to pay for the addition charge. Explained to him several times that we haven't even start the business but already spent over our budget for this damn website. I don't want the customizations, nor do I have capital to spend anymore and just go back to the original plan. The chat didn't seem like it was going anywhere, nor did I felt like I was being heard. So, I requested a refund as I do not want to waste their time or anymore of my time but he refused and rejected it. Then out of nowhere, I received call but missed it and then a text from David Myer on Wednesday 8/23. He said Brad no longer works there and he wanted to connect to discuss our project. I texted back the same day, no reply. David text back the next day saying that he will create a new chat group to his direct number to chat in detail. I don't think it takes more than a few mins to create a group chat. Well, lo and behold, Monday 8/28 rolls around, I texted him and dead silent. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM@!!!

I had a pleasant experience with Jayson Peter @logodesigncenter. He guided me through everything I needed to know and directed me to packages that will benefit my line of business.

Nick was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was well informed with all of the different packages. I enjoyed our chat.

Nick Henry, Had a very quick response time, help me decide on a good package, and sent links to everything. I enjoy the help he gave,

I hired Logo Designs Center in November of 2021. They did a nice job touching up a logo we sent them to put on Car Magnets and T-shirts. We paid in advance for 4 car magnets and 16 shirts. We received the magnets but only 8 shirts. We wanted v-neck and we’re told they were out of stock. We settled on 8 crewneck until the v-necks were back in stock. For months afterwards they said they were still out of stock. Jim our rep left the company and we have yet to receive after nine months the rest of our order. They want an additional $300 for the 8 t-shirts and refuse to return my calls. Never ever use this company. They are dishonest and thieves.

We appreciate their efforts, Their experts has great knowledge & innovative ideas and know how to execute the clients need.

They were hired to create a website and paid $1100. I was promised that a web designer who had extensive experience would be assigned to my project. The work was of very poor quality and unusable. They did not spend any time discussing with me my needs or researching my industry. They cut and paste the information from the Bark proposal request I submitted into a blank template that had no character. When I requested my money back under their money back guarantee, they ignored my requests, and have not returned my calls or returned my money. I say, beware of hiring this company.

I honestly recommend logo designs. Bradley was my account manager for my project. Bradley did such a wonderful job on the things I needed done. He made sure that I understood everything. He really took the time to make my website and my logo look professional. I would recommend using Bradley.

From the start of the conversation to the final design, logo designs center was there for every need and question I had!!!! Mr John freeman is awesome! Very kind and educated person that knows what customer service is!!! Thank you all so much help me start my business with this design!!! Highly recommended.

Bruce M did such a great job on my logo. It is not easy trying to convey vision and ideas via text/email and he was patient with my inexperience and he really nailed it.
