I ordered a logo animation on Aug 19, and they sent me back the completed video the same day. Very fast and accurate. Recommended

96 hour turn around has turned into 2 weeks. Very little communication from them. What I do get in reply is "ill email our design team and come back to you" apparently this takes weeks lol. Very clearly a scam at this point. Had to go through my bank to get my money back. Do not use these jokers!

It has been almost 96 hrs as their statement says for getting your animated logo and I have not received anything and I get no response from the support email. SCAM!!!!

Robbery, terrible quality and then the video isn't even available for me to use. They asked me if I tried playing it, I said I wish I could. No help, crap work, ooo and you cant leave a review on their own website, I wonder why.

Charged me $300 over 8 months ago and still nothing. Emailed ANTHONY the owner so many times but nothing. NEVER EVER BUY OFF THIS COMPANY. I would actually give them zero stars but cant.

They are trying to get me to pay without even showing what it looks like.
Almost like bying a car and the dealership won't show you the car untill after purchase.

They did substandard work. Logos were cheaply done looking like drew in crayon and parts missing. Gave them 5 times to redesign. Then they took my personal logo I have used for 10+ years and tried to claim it as their work. They wanted to offer store credit which is a slap in the face. Attempted to work it with owner Anthony and just got brushed off. After making complaint, they blocked me on social media. Dispute opened. BUYER BEWARE.

Horrendous logo. Really bad quality in our opinion. Dispute opened.

I'm not sure what other people are talking about but I had a great experience.my logo animation was great and they sent me the file in less then 24 hours.im ordering more.

Ordered a animation of my logo in the horizontal liked it so I decided to buy it also in vertical and that's when the problem started the end of the animation did not match the quality of the first, the animation stops my logo doesn't fade out with the animation and it abruptly goes from my logo on a black screen to a white screen, when contacted they said I would need to repurchase it. Contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges since they are unwilling to fix a clear issue. Not a worthy Florida company

I placed an order where I found out that the requirements I wanted could not be fulfilled. Naturally I asked for a refund since I was not able to obtain a logo. The owner, Anthony, proceeded to tell me that a refund could not be issued but he would give me store credit for future purchases. Well if my first ever order could not be completed why would I buy again? I emailed Anthony with a response of "so I get nothing and you rob me?" and he did not respond. So yeah $99 bucks gone. If you don't want to get robbed then avoid this company and report for fraud

STAY AWAY! I clicked on a FB link to get a logo animated and paid them. I didnt hear from them for over a week and emailed them about the status of my order. They said they had a system issue and then all of a sudden emailed me a file. Whgen I opened it it was a video overlay over my log of biliard balls breaking. I reached out to le them know that the file was not what I thought I ordered. they were very rude and said i got what I ordered and that I must not have ready their website for clarification. tried to resolve it, kept getting a blind response and I told htem to just refund me. They refused because they said I did not read their fine print. What a hastle to deal with and on top of that, the delivered file looked like it was done on a cut and paste software. Stay away. there is a reason why the priced is so l;ow- they are beginners.

Very Fast and Easy to upload needed information to site and fast check out. They have so many different options to create exactly what you want. It took more than two months to get my order, after a lot of hassle I was finally able to get the attention of the owner who, in his defense, made my situation right with me. So I have my logo animation now and am pleased with the results. My only issue is that bad reviews seem to be the only way to get their attention. All and all though I am open to working with them again in the future.

I was Not able to send it out on Christmas day. It was complicating. I paid for one video and wasted money. I would not use again or recommend.

BEWARE SHOCKING. Took weeks to send out quality poor they add words then want to charge you to remove them ! Never again……

Highly recommend this company! Super easy to work with and great customer service! Not sure what these other people below are talking about, we have nothing by great things to say about this company and super happy with our results for our business!

Dont know why other people are so critical on this company. The 6 animated logo's i ordered for my companies are smooth and beautifull. Nothing to complain and will order again! Tahnks

Terrible company to deal with. "promised" as stated on website a max wait of 96 hours. When I raised the fact they were late they offered a free video!!!! Why would I use a company who can not deliver in the first place????
Avoid and stick to a more qualified and proffesional comapny.
