J'ai acheté un casse-tete constentin Infinity que j'ai offert à Noël. C'est une vraie arnaque. La vis qui tient la petite roue se dévisse à chaque fois que l'on fait tourner la roue, c'est vraiment mal pensé. Le concepteur a passé trop de temps à élaborer son casse-tete en négligeant la conception. Du coup, le casse tete est fichu au bout de 2 minutes d'utilisation. Je vais contacter le service client. Adieu la qualité allemande !

I was worried about the international delivery, but the whole thing was quick and seamless. Communication was great at each step of the process. Very efficient.

I sent several puzzles to my daughter. She and her boyfriend solved one of them today, but didn't take notes on how they did it, so might not remember the method. It's good to have some mystery in life. Thanks.

The priority shipping was reliable. Before ordering, I was concerned if the items ordered would arrived on time as I needed them to prepare for an event. Referring to the estimated shipping table on the website, I had a rough idea and double checked with FedEx website to confirm the timeline.
