I ordered the bourbon caramels. This was a first time purchase. They arrived promptly, in good condition, & neatly packaged. The caramels are delicious. I am so glad I ordered 2 packages. I have kept 1 & given the 2nd to a friend. I think he'll enjoy them.

I am receiving this feedback item and I still have not received my item.

I ordered something on Jan 2nd and hadn't received it when I wrote my review 5 days ago on January 15th. I received my package via USPS on January 16th. Yes, my item shipped in an untimely manner but that was not due to Logan's of Lexington it was due to unfortunate events within the USPS. That being said what I appreciate is the owner Steve Logan himself called to make sure I had received my package. He went out of his way to explain what had happened and expressed his deepest apologies. To me this is what makes a great company/store...they are looking out for their customers and some things may be out of their control but they want to make sure their customers are satisfied. I appreciate the extra of personally making a call. When looking for men's clothing in the future Logan's of Lexington will be at the top of my list.

Have never received my jacket. USPS sent notice of a delivery exception. I have sent 2 emails to Logan’s and have received no response, If my jacket is lost why have I not received a credit from Logan’s.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Still haven’t gotten my package. Called and left message. No response. Sent email. No response. Won’t be shopping with you again.

Great quality Johnnie-O Kentucky pullover for my husband. The best price around was found at Logan's, always our go-to store when shopping for high end quality University of Kentucky clothing.

Initially my order was delayed and I was having trouble finding on why through USPS. The owner called me this past weekend and informed me that the shipping delay was due to the uncharacteristic snow storm that impacted most of the central states across the U.S. He was able to track down my order and provide an estimated delivery date. Something USPS was still not able to provide me. He was also genuinely apologetic and bothered by my experience. I was very impressed that he took the time to contact me and provide an update, especially given the shipping delay was outside of his control. Needless to say he exceeded my expectations and this is type business that I am pleased to be part of as a customer. This effort on his part coupled with the quality and price of merchandise they offer will definitely have me as a repeat customer.

Was provided tracking number over a week with no movement. Reached out to support and no response.

Ordered last week and no updates at all. No idea. if shipped or anything.

Very disappointed in my experience.
#1 I went online and found three items that I wanted to purchase. I made my selections and paid. A couple of days later I was informed two of the items were unavailable.This seems strange to me with how automated evrything should be keeping track of inventory. That might have lowered my rating to 3 starts but then
#2 The one item I did purchase on 12/31 still has not arrived. It has been 2 weeks. I called after one week and was told it would be here in 2 more days. It appears it was sent USPS. Bad choice when there are so many other RELIABLE shipping carriers. Still waiting after 2 weeks.

Accommodating, very nice and eager to help. Timely refund. Will definitely consider you for future purchases.

Found the item I was searching for in the size I needed, price was good, and shipping cost/delivery was very good.

I placed an order on Jan. 6 snd today is Jan. 12. According to the postal tracking, my lone item (a cap) hasn’t even been mailed yet. This is inexcusably bad customer service. I live in Baton Rouge. I could have driven to Lexington, bought the hat and already have been home for 4 or 5 days.
