I highly recommend this company. I received a leaflet about their loft conversion service and called to get a quote. Stephan visited my home to advise on the best options for my loft. He suggested shelving on each side, a larger hatch opening and boarding the entire loft. On the installation day, two respectful installers arrived and completed the work in two hours. The quality exceeded my expectations. The insulation wasn’t crushed thanks to the XL loft legs and the shelves can support a lot of weight. The price was reasonable for the excellent work done.

Our experience with this company was first class. Stephan visited to inspect our loft and access to it. He gave us different options from which we could choose. We chose to have a loft ladder, boarding and insulation. There was no pressurised sales pitch and we were given quotes accordingly.
Two very pleasant gentleman carried out the work. They arrived when scheduled, worked, extremely tidily and efficiently and explained everything to us.
Our loft area is now easy to gain access to, shelved and boarded, and with great insulation.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From start to finish, we were very happy with this service. We were given plenty of time to discuss our needs and offered an appointment for work to begin very quickly. The work was done efficiently and the site was clean and tidy upon completion. The workmen were friendly and made sure that we were completely happy before they left. Loftsure provided me with a lovely easy access loft hatch. I didn't have to wait long for a visit and quote. Then the work was carried out very proffessionally. There was no mess made and I was shown how to use the hatch. A very proffessional company and I would certainly recommend them.

I Called loftsure because my house always felt cold and my sister in law recommended them from doing her loft, the surveyor came and confirmed I only had 50mm of insulation in my roof so I asked for a quote to insulate it properly which I was happy with. They was very prompt and Craig the Installer came 3 days later and played 270mm of insulation on top and was completed in 40 minutes. Excellent communication and outstanding service would highly recommend.
