Returns are a nightmare
Ordered almost $200 worth of stuff around January. One of the items was defective and fell apart immediately after putting it on. I contacted customer service and they promised a full refund if I sent the item back. I sent it back and It’s now April and this is STILL not resolved. Their communication is a mess and unorganized they keep going in circles with me and no one will give me a straight answer.
I keep getting passed along to new reps who can’t read my issue communication history and keep telling me I’m beyond the return date. Then I repeat the issue over and hey say “oh okay great! Just return the item and if it’s defective we’ll refund you!” Rinse and repeat about 4-5 times now and I still don’t have my money back but they got their clothing back. I had to make a fraud claim with my bank.
Complete scammers, product never sent out
Ordered a pair of shoelaces in February, got an order confirmation email but never received my order. Never got a despatch email or anything. I emailed them and also submitted their contact form on their website and haven't heard anything back. So I've paid and then they completely ghosted me, absolute scammers. I'll have to go through my bank for a charge back.
Questionable price changes at checkout
After following a link from an LTK store of an influencer online, for a jacket I’ve seen the price listed on the item on sale looks great, but after adding it to my cart the price goes back to regular price and is more than double…. I guess there’s no such thing as a “sale” price. I’m not sure if they think you won’t notice before you checkout….. questionable and not trust worthy. I’ll keep looking elsewhere

0800 loft insulation team arrived at premises, when entered the property they put dust sheets in hallway and up the stairs, two lovely lads just got on with their work once job was completed they rolled the dust sheets up and cleaned any mess on carpets .both myself and the wife are very happy with the work that has been carried out. I have always purchased from this store but never again. The sweaters I have always ordered in the same size or way to tight now and when i returned them they put them on a e-gift card - such a scam! Hoping people only spend money with them or don't realize they never got their money back on their original card.

I love love love this company been…
I love love love this company been shopping here since my kids that are in their late 30s and early 40s. I’ve been babies. In all honesty some of the clothes I bought back then I can actually still wear them very well-made. I do not wash them in the washing machine, and I do not put them in the dryer, the girls are amazing. They’ve helped me step out of the box at this point I’m 63 and sometimes I need a little tiny help specially when it comes to the fashion sense Tara at the store in Smithffield is phenomenal.
Loft has the worst customer service
Loft has the worst customer service. I always hate having to contact them because they can only go by canned responses.
I recently had an incident where I didn’t receive my package. I contacted the post office and they researched it and said item was not sent and to contact Loft.
I contacted Loft…and she said…I will open a ticket and wanted to know if I wanted to get the item again.
My original purchase I used the $10 rewards I had.
The new item they charged me the $10 plus tax on my credit card.
I asked about it and was told I had to wait for the research to be done.
I have no notification of the research or refund or anything.
I always have people give me gift cards to Loft…but I am seriously rethinking this….if this is how they treat repeated customers.
Very poor treatment of customers
Very poor treatment of customers. They have repeatedly canceled online orders on me, when their system allowed me to buy the items, only for them to run out of them. So their system is clearly not accurate in terms of stock count. So just because you buy something don’t assume you’ll get it. Also, other companies often give a future 10% discount if they disappoint customers like that, but you’ll get nothing from LOFT, just a lot of disappointment. And lately the quality of their clothing hasn’t been good either. I bought a pair of pants that looked great on the model, but they absolutely drowned me. You could have fit 5 of me in them. And the fabric, that was supposed to be light and summery, was stiff and scratchy. I used to love this company, but they just don’t seem to care about their customers any more, and their products aren’t what they used to be either

I wish I could give 1/2 a star. The women at the counter was very very rude. Associate id 6887124. Myrtle Beach Factory Outlet A115 and A120. I had a 10 birthday coupon. After checkout I questioned if 10 was applied and she said yes. After checking receipt again I noticed it wasn’t true. I went back to to store and asked what happened and she told me first that I had claimed another cpn in June … is she the coupon police which it was for my daughter then she told me that she tried the coupon and it didn’t worked. The she tell me that I got what i deserved because I was rude. What a B. When I went to complain to manager who was in the back of the store, she left her cashier post to listen to was I telling the manager. She deserved to be fire. I will not be returning to the Seal Beach location. Today there was a cyber issue with ordering, I had ordered early in the morning 2 items and the order was confirmed. When I got to the Seal Beach store, just after opening, they had bagged 1 item and I found the other item I had ordered on the rack. The associate said it was the incorrect color (sandwashed black). I looked up my order and she was wrong, the color was correct!! I showed her my order and just at that time they put the same black dress in the back for another order (clearly after mine). I asked if they had put the dress in the back and they said yes. I asked if I could have the dress that was in my order. The associate said no and offered me to drive to another store!!! Really! I got up early to secure the order and the associate didn't understand that she should honor that I was first.

Didnt see the bill, was then charged ANOTHER $30USD LATE FEE. Argued with customer service and told them Id pay it, because I was 6 days late. THEN THEY BILLED ME ANOTHER LATE FEE. Never again. I love Loft, their clothes are nice, but this CC issue is going to kill them. I will NOT pay another penny and will not buy another LOFT product. DO NOT GET THE CC, its a RIPOFF>so sad.

I will never purchase from this company again. It took a week to receive my order, which looked nothing like the items online. I requested a return and sent the items back. I received an e-giftcard because they said it had been 30 days since the order was placed. It has actually been 28 days since the order was received. Horrible customer service and return experience. Very bad experience have on loft purchase. 19-May purchased on their store, commit me I can get delivery on / before 27-May, till today 11-June, I am not getting package. After multi-calls with loft, just being innocent telling me they are not charge for this and giving me different department No. to call, and each department saying same words and send me to another department till today have no solution.

However, Simone went "above and beyond the call of duty" to help me with an online order when the customer service representative told me that there wasn't anything he could do.
Don’t order online!
I placed an online order in late January. One item was immediately canceled and then I waited TWO months for an update about the other 2 items (which had been canceled.)
I emailed customer service about a week after I placed my order and it took them 10 days to respond…but their response had no answers to my questions.
I’m done with Loft online and in-person.

Shopping in store is great! Their online experience is terrible. Some items ship quickly while others lag. CS is literally worthless as they’re unable to cancel, modify, or provide insight to an order. Literally all they can do is tell you a blanket delivery date. I have confirmed this is the extent of their power with CS twice.
If you don’t get an order by their general date, they’d then have to “file a claim with a specialist” and a refund isn’t guaranteed. It’s insane, I’ve never heard of such a thing. It all sounds make up it’s so nonsensical. They’ll also frequently ship in multiple shipments.
I will never buy from them online ever again. The way they try to cheap out on CS and do their best to keep product and customers money is horrible.
