When my boots arrived there was an inch…
When my boots arrived there was an inch long rip in the leather of one of the boot legs. This was hugely disappointing as they were the last pair available in my size and intended as a birthday present. I was provided with a returns label to send them back. Not what i expect from Lofina.

Dear Elinor. My apologies that you received a pair of boots with a production fault. Normally, we check all styles carefully before shipping them. Unfortunately, exchanging was not an option as it was the last pair in stock. We apologize for the inconvenience this cost you, and of course the whole amount and freight costs will be refunded as informed. Best regards from team Lofina x Sort Aarhus

Extremely comfortable.
Lofina shoes are super comfortable from the very first day and fit the foot perfectly. This is already my third pair of Lofina shoes, and I am very satisfied with them. The designs are interesting and stylish, and most importantly, they are extremely comfortable. The staff is very responsive and helpful when it comes to determining the right size
