Did not reply to my numerous texts and request for quote on his website despite promising to help on the phone

First class service fast response, my relative lost their keys to their front upvc door came replaced lock in 30 mins

The locksmith arrived when he said he would, did an excellent job after explaining the problem we had and was a pleasure to have in the house.

My daughter had been locked out of her flat. Me being 300 miles away thought what can i do. I know, lets call a locksmith. Steve was called at 3.22 am this morning. The only one of four who answered, even though they all stated 24hrs! He was there within 30 min, called me to reassure my daughter I had called him. Managed to get her door open and lock changed. It's all down to Steve's service, my daughter was safe! I cannot thank you enough! 5 stars are not enough. Thank you!!!!!
Do not waste your time calling anyone else. Price was fair also.

A great guy came asap was within the hour on a bank Holiday, no call out charge and honoured the 10%discount as in the local magazine, good price compared to 2 others I had tried.

Lost my house key early hours of Christmas Eve. I tried calling around 6/7 “24/7 locksmiths” and Steve was the only one to answer. He even picked me up and drove me to the property which was 40 minutes away.

Fantastic service, would definitely advise anybody who needs a locksmith to use Steve.

Lost my house key in Medohall, must have called 10 or 12 others althaugh offering 24 hour service could only offer next day, Steve was there in 40 minutes and my I was in my house within 5 minutes!

Stated 24 hour assistance but phone was never answered. Had to use another company. Unsure why states 24 hour if not true.

I called Steve last Saturday evening after locking my front door without a key to get back in. He explained there would be no damage done to the door. Joe rang 30 mins later with an eta of 15 minutes and was inside the house within ten minutes.
