They sold me the incorrect key and refuse to change it.
I live on a long road and purchased spaces for my husband and I when I saw a bike space pop up on their website right outside my house.
When I received the key, and no bike space had yet been built, I thought it was odd. I tried the lock in the safe much farther up the road and it worked. They had sold it incorrectly on their site and also labelled them wrong themselves. I contacted them for an explanation at the time and received no response. A month later, the correct bike nest has just been built and I called them to follow up my unanswered email, and to ask if I could please send them back the incorrect key they sent me and have the correct one in exchange. They have down right refused, even though I have proof that this is due to their mistake, and they expect me to purchase another spot in the (still incorrectly labelled) bike nest outside my house when it goes on sale. Absolute joke of a customer service department, and the woman I spoke with this morning was downright rude - cutting me off and speaking over me. What a joke, and a real pity that Lambeth council are wasting our tax payer money to hire such a useless company.

This company took £80 from my bank account for a bike storage space which wasn't available to sell.
They have not refunded the payment after almost a month despite many phone calls and emails requesting repayment.

What can I say about their management team, this company is either to poor or simply they don’t care about fixing breakages at bike nests, their respond via email or phone is that they are not owning the company they are the management it’s like a song to them when you want to address a situation regarding their poor service.
