Sold me the incorrect key & refuse to change it
They sold me the incorrect key and refuse to change it.
I live on a long road and purchased spaces for my husband and I when I saw a bike space pop up on their website right outside my house.
When I received the key, and no bike space had yet been built, I thought it was odd. I tried the lock in the safe much farther up the road and it worked. They had sold it incorrectly on their site and also labelled them wrong themselves. I contacted them for an explanation at the time and received no response. A month later, the correct bike nest has just been built and I called them to follow up my unanswered email, and to ask if I could please send them back the incorrect key they sent me and have the correct one in exchange. They have down right refused, even though I have proof that this is due to their mistake, and they expect me to purchase another spot in the (still incorrectly labelled) bike nest outside my house when it goes on sale. Absolute joke of a customer service department, and the woman I spoke with this morning was downright rude - cutting me off and speaking over me. What a joke, and a real pity that Lambeth council are wasting our tax payer money to hire such a useless company.
