I had a very stubborn locking wheel nut that needed removing and Charles did a same day call out and had the job done so quickly. Really clear communication, fast replies and gave me a fixed price before coming out which was really reassuring as i was on a budget. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is having troubles!

Charlie is an absolute G!!
He came out at short notice as I had an issue with a sheared off locking nut on a front wheel.
Charlie kept me fully informed, updating me with his schedule for the day and his estimated time of arrival. He even made a 20 mile trip to the location I was working at.
Charlie went above and beyond, even replacing the locking wheel nuts on the remaining 3 wheels, so the issue wouldn’t happen again.

Absolutely amazing service! I couldn’t get a replacement wheel lock key because I had aftermarket ones, and all the garages in the Cardiff area either couldn’t do it or their estimates were enormous. Charles was able to come to me the next day and got the job done in less than ten minutes with absolutely no damage to the wheels. Really friendly and efficient communication on pricing and arrival. It couldn’t have been easier on my part. The cost was fantastic, and miles below any other removal service I found. Couldn’t recommend this service enough!
