great service but packing was damaged and due to this one key was broken, need to have sturdier packing for heavy, sharp metal objects.

Can’t fault the service

Thank you for your review, sorry to hear that you think that I'm "silly", and "pitiful" as you called me in your very kind emails. As explained in my emails and on our website, due to Royal Mail strikes which have been ongoing for the last few months, if you select Royal Mail postage at checkout then unfortunately there is the chance of slight delays with this at the moment, and if you require items by a certain date then we would advise opting for DPD delivery. I'm very sorry that because we would not offer a refund on your delivery costs, you have decided to leave negative reviews as threatened, however as mentioned this is something that is unfortunately out of our control, and we do advise of this clearly on every page of the website to allow customers to make an informed decision.

Too Class Service
Ordered a lock as a replacement for the one in my works locker and it was ideal. Exactly like the one I was replacing. Reasonable price although delivery stung a bit, although now that I think about it I probably shouldn't have went for next day delivery so my bad🤷

Thank you for your review, and I'm so pleased that you are happy with the lock and the service - it's what we pride ourselves on! :-) With the delivery, at the checkout there are two options; standard Royal Mail which is the cheaper and then also DPD next day which is £8.95 and the option which you went for - apologies if you didn't realise that you had the option to choose, I shall ask our web team to take a look and see if there is any way to make this clearer.

Fast delivery, bad packaging
Fast delivery
The packaging needs to be upgraded or more care given. My parcel was not sealed inside the DPD plastic bag, therefore the contents went everywhere. Two tears in the DPD bag meant that some of my order could have easily gone missing. Fortunately this did not happen and my order was complete.

Thank you very much for your review, and I'm pleased that your order arrived promptly, however must apologise that this was not in good condition and as such has tainted your experience. Usually, loose items are sealed inside either a box or a padded jiffy bag which is reinforced with tape (and if it is a breakable item it will also be wrapped in bubble wrap), and then this is placed inside the DPD bag. Apologies that this was not the case with your order and I can assure you that this is not the norm, and I've fed this back to the packing team to ensure this does not occur again.
