Experience is always topnotch!
Customer service is on point, product quality - can only rave about it, packaging is excellent and the process from ordering to delivery is prompt and done so professionally. Cannot recommend Lockdown Liquor enough. It is my go-to website for gifts and I particularly love the personalisation element that allows one to tailor the gifts. Thank you.

Wrong personalised
Wrong personalised bottle was delivered, luckily I checked it before I gave it, so sadly missed the actual birthday. Correct bottle was then delivered. Felt disappointed not have have the gift for the birthday. Can't fault the cocktails though.

Hi Alexandra,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We’re truly sorry again that the wrong personalised bottle was delivered, especially given that it was meant as a birthday gift. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to have it in time for the special day.
We’re really glad we were able to get the correct bottle out to you quickly, but appreciate that it wasn’t quite the same. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we’re always working to make sure things go smoothly -especially for thoughtful gifts like yours.
Thank you again, and we’re so pleased to hear you enjoyed the cocktails themselves.

Best, tasty cocktails
These are some of my favourite cocktails. I love the Mezal based cocktails. The Pina colada and strawberry daiquiri are amazing too. I have even bought these cocktails as special gifts for friends as a present who love them. When you find a great company with great cocktails you just have to shout about it. Fabulous 🙌🏽👏🏽🍸🍹👏🏽🙌🏽 Najma
