Lockabox Recenzje

Great product and fast help when I forgot my code for the box.

I found the website easy to navigate, and product description helpful.
Delivery was straightforward. I am still preparing to use the boxes, so cannot yet comment on fitness for purpose. I like the clear view of contents and apparent simplicity of setting a pin , and accessing contents.

Great customer care. Shipping was fast! Easy to order and outstanding follow up. Love these boxes, they are the perfect size and are incredibly secure.

Got the clear lockabox, it fits into the fridge perfectly, looks like it was a part of the original thing.
It does what I wanted of it, so happy about that. Would recommend it.

Excellent service, fast delivery all the way down there to New Zealand and I am impressed with the quality of the product. Thank you.

Lockabox website very clear and easy to navigate

The product itself seems fine. I bought it to keep my husband’s chocolate away from me, and it should do the trick.

However, I only ordered one, and it arrived in an absolutely enormous box. The box could have fit 10 lockaboxes comfortably, and the product was sliding around almost freely inside. I’m glad it wasn’t damaged, but I hate the amount of unnecessary waste this created—not just from the oversized box itself, but also from the extra space it took up in shipping trucks and planes.

I hope this isn’t how the company typically ships its products and that they have appropriately sized boxes available for smaller orders.

Lock boxes are operating well at -20C and -80C. Delivery and service were fantastic

House contents in storage for 10 months. Excellent dry container and 24/7 access. Michael was a pleasure to deal with. Can totally recommend the Carniny Rd Vallymena facility.

I can lock away stuff from my kids and I can lock away there devices

Wow best customer service! Christopher was super helpful every time we had a question!

The staff were extremely helpful in arranging an invoice for our small business to buy a larger number at a very reasonable price.

I had a few follow-up questions and an issue that was quickly resolved by customer service, and the experience was excellent. Thank you very much, Lockbox.

We've been trialling a Lockabox at our training school, and it's been fantastic. It's the perfect solution for our school environment, especially when working with teenagers. Learners can still see their phones, which really helps reduce any anxiety about being separated from them, while knowing they're securely locked away during lessons. It creates a much better learning environment with fewer distractions, and everyone knows their phones are safe. The customer service has also been excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be purchasing more and would highly recommend Lockabox to schools, colleges and training providers.

My first Lockabox purchased I somehow got locked out of. The excellent customer support managed to get me back in!
I have now purchased two more. I have a son with learning disabilities who cant regulate his eating of some foods. We purchased a clear Lockabox in agreement with my son for crisps and chocolate biscuits. He really liked it. The clear box helped him still have the comfort of his favourite food but the lock helped him manage his inability to control himself. Recently we have had more difficulties so i asked him if we should buy some more for further items. He had been eating salt out of his hand, suffering hypertension this is a serious problem. He agreed and the salt is now locked in one of their boxes and we bough another larger one so his crisps weren’t so cramped!
Probably an unusual use for these boxes but a role they fulfil beautifully in our household. Also a relief for a mother as the customer support is very efficient and can think ‘out of the box’! Thank you!

10/10 Customer Service and great company with high end products.

Thank you all very much
