Ordered and paid for items but eventually received refund as items not available. Too late to order from elsewhere in time for holidays. Your email stated that item not available but website not brought up to date yet items were still being advertised as available on website

Zero communication! Ordered a toothbrush which never arrived and was just given a refund after 10 days! No explanation as to why I didn’t receive my item …. I suppose I should be grateful that I actually got a refund! Don’t waste your time ordering …. you probably won’t get it !

Item received was not new, but customer services good
Whilst the product arrived swiftly which was good the product received was already open with signs of usage and blood pressure readings already in the machines memory.
The blood pressure machine compared to other major manufacturers appeared to be value for money, a good sized/range cuff, memory and a manufacturer recognised by a hypertensive society. All reasons to buy the product but just a shame it had already been used and was not new upon receipt.
I emailed customer services with a review I would have left (since I have rethought) and received a refund. This was a welcome surprise but they acknowledged the item I should have received should have been new.

5 stars, functions of machine 5 stars, but item received 2 stars.
