Garbolino light picker rod…
From ordering the Garbolino picker rod the transition from purchase to delivery was swift and exact. I ordered on a Tuesday evening and the delivery was on the Thursday morning, the courier messaged me to tell me my parcel would be delivered between 10.49am and 11.49 am and it arrived at 10.45am. The rod was securely and safely packaged and the whole experience was top notch from start to finish, cheers

Awful experience poor customer service…
Awful experience poor customer service terrible attitude. Only seem interested in Internet shoppers. They knowingly sold me a fishing permit to a venue that was closed and refused to refund the money. The 1 staff member stated take it to small claims court, it is not there responsible to refund .

Hello, we anticipated this review after your visit to our shop, where you were shouting and threatening us regarding trading standards. We explained to you and your wife several times that we cannot authorize a refund without you first speaking to the club. We acknowledge that you did attempt to call them while you were in our store but were unable to get through.
As we clarified, we are not SDAC; we are Lobby's Tackle, and we sell the cards on behalf of SDAC. You requested to speak to the manager, but you were actually speaking with the owner of the store the entire time. He spent a good five minutes trying to help you understand the situation. We are unsure about your reference to internet sales, as you have not purchased from us before.
We do hope you will continue to support your local Go Outdoors, as you promised.
Incorrect despatch information.
I was concerned when my package arrived because information I received suggested that the frozen worms had been in transit for 5 days as I was given despatch notice on Friday and the worms arrived Wednesday. I contacted lobbys tackle who assured me they did not leave until Monday. I used the worms several days later and they were in good condition.

Excellent service
Excellent service . I use Lobby's for casters worms and maggots. They are as good as you can expect and other than freshly turned casters from a local shop as good as you can get online. 👍

I purchase from Lobbys Tackle The new Advanced full kit ridge monkey boilie chopper although advertised with small inner 2 boxes with lid, it didn't arrive with the 2 boxes but the lid was in the package along with the main lid fir the actually big bucket, and the main bucket was damaged, I rang l lobbys Tackle who said he would ring the rep and get back to me in the mean time send pictures of the damage to email he gave me, I dud this tgen rang back, for him to say the rap had gotten back to him and said Ridge Monkey niw take the 2 smaller inner boxes out ni longer supply them with the chopper and they are £50 each to buy, and he had received my email but didn't offer a replacement or refund of any sort, I then rang Ridge Monkey and spoke to the manager whi said if lobbys tackle advertised the new chopper with the inner boxes they should be in the package especially with the lid for them being inthere but they wasn't. I won't ever buy from lobbys tackle again no matter how much I wanted somthing I'd rather go without.
