This company.
I ordered 8.5 size which their own chart says is 39
Instead and without asking me they sent 40 instead.
Now I want to return and bought return insurance at 3.99 as well.
I am told I will not get my 10.00 shipping refunded nor that 3.99.
This was THEIR mistake, they made the decision to send wrong size. I’m out 14.00
They may allow me to return shoes and try to get the size 39, but I no longer trust them. If they had 39 they would have sent it in the first place. I just want my money back.
It’s simple. When the seller messes up they should make the customer whole. I’m subsidizing their business mistakes.
No phone number to call by the way.
AND you are bombarded from the get go with far too many “how did we do?” emails even before your item arrives!
Then when you have an issue they can fix and make right? They won’t.
And oh yeah. Now I’m being bombarded with emails about how satisfied I am with the way my problem was handled
Handled poorly.
I will never buy from outfits like this again.

SCAMMER! No decision given at all.
Applied several times, only sent to credit verify website where I have to pay for my credit file and settle me credit protection. SCAMMER ALERT! no decision given on my applications, any of them. Emailed them twice to two "official" email addresses, no reply at all! SCAMMER ALERT!!!

I applied 3 days ago for a loan. Constantly getting emails for advertisement but when you email "customer service", no response. Tried to call and only option is to leave a voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous.

Frustrating further there was no way to input any details
Seems to me like they were just collecting future clients

Some of the information available through your banking details will also need to be manually entered into the application as this will make it easier for us to see if you qualify for the loan you are applying for. We can assure you that we take the security of our client's personal information very seriously.

Hi Kara, like many lenders, we require applicants to provide their banking information as part of the application process so that their application can be properly underwritten. While we take the security of applicants' personal information very seriously, this is a necessary part of the loan approval process.
They Don't Give Loans, They Refer You To Other Companies
Absolutely horrible, avoid them like the plague.
You will apply, and they will either send you to another institute that offers loans at 48% interest rate or even to a bankruptcy office.
I applied, I have great credit, owe zero on my credit cards, haven't used my line or credit, have great savings in my bank and never missed a payment in credit cards but yet they won't do a small loan or even look at it. As soon as I applied the first time I was sent to a bankruptcy office and had them contacting me to discuss a consumer proposal or go bankrupt... second time I was referred to a loan place for a loan with 48% interest rate - worse than loan sharks.
So I don't know how they help people cause clearly they don't and probably get paid for referring people to other businesses.
Go somewhere else people, your wasting your time.

Awful service period...False…
Awful service period...False advertising and it redirected me to theirs party lenders which the advertisement said nothing like that and has my banking information. Terrible and awful service as just trying to pay of my credit cards and help with students cost of living. I would not recommend to anyone.

What a load of crap
What a load of crap. What they don’t tell you is that they redirect you to other lenders. All I wanted to do was pay off credit cards, thinking one loan payment would be better. Wrong. Monthly payments were more than the credit card payments combined. Interest rate was 49% over a period of 60 months, for the lender I was offered. No f#%*ing thanks.

Platform Seems Glitchy
Well from what I had first heard about LOANZ, this was supposed to be a simplified process to obtain a loan, but I think there was a glitch on the website when I applied. I opted to do the online banking sign-in as part of the application process but the system auto populated my income wrong and would not let me correct it so unsurprisingly, I was denied for a loan. May try again later, but so far, really not impressed with the platform.

Very bad. They want access to your bank account and all your transactions. Not only that they do a credit check while claiming they don't do a credit check. Then they send all of your info to a bunch of companies, MoneyMart etc and then you have to reapply to many of them separately from the application you already did with Loanz. Don't waste your time or give your information away to these people.

It is a third party service used by many major financial institutions for this exact reason! There is an option to skip that step, but it will just require a few more pieces of paperwork and identification so that we can lend the money and be sure of who we are lending to.
