Do not do business with this company! They took money from my account, and it took me a week and many hours of phone calls, emails, and time away from my business to finally get my money back. They could not even read a bank statement showing another person's name on the ACH taken from my account, and that I had a positive balance after their unauthorized transaction, which is theft. It is not worth the interest rates, nor dealing with their incompetence to return money taken from me. I borrowed $13,000 and have already paid back $53,000, and still owe another $35,900, which totals $88,900 on a $13,000 loan—yes, you read correctly. Stay away! Beware!

I have applied on Monday it is now Friday and still no answer. So much for 24hours! When calling to check status they can’t help you.

Applied on May 7, contacted the company several times requesting an update on application status and they kept telling me they had a high volume of applications. Now it's May 29 and still nothing, logged in and my previous application information isn't even there anymore. Not worth the time! Very dissatisfied.

Company refuses to simply send a simply statement with the company's name and address. Refused to supply adequate accounting on account. Theo website has been down for over a month and will not even share a payment link. We were given 2 other companies that the account was being servicing, none on that information was true.

This is the worst company ever to deal with . I call this the devil loan . In November 2011 they stopped sending my monthly statements .I have called and they have made several promises to send them to me . Even a manager Gail Shelton said she would email me my statements every month until the portal was working but she lied .It is now July and no statements and no Portal but they are receiving my payment every month. Customer service is putting you on hold and transferring you to someone else to put you on hold .

Pathetic app and worst customer care.
I paid money on time but they are increasing interest everyday and not at all responding to my mails chats, I sent them screenshots of payment upi transactions number but of no use.
I am regretting the day I thought of using this app for some 2.5k Rs they are doing all this, horrible experience

Getting the loan is the easy part. In order to keep your costs down, you must pay off fast. The problem is the lack of accounting skills and REAL BAD customer service to achieve that goal. It is a constant battle to get them to do their job and apply extra payments correctly. For every extra payment made it took weeks (of daily calls) to get it posted correctly. They fight you the whole way, Very frustrating.

I'm going to co-sign with billionaire queen. I've always made my payments on time and I've been trying for nearly a week to make my payment and the site is talking about some "my login doesn't exist" SAY WHAT???? This better be because they decided to pay off my loan and they better not call me talking about my payment is late!!!

These excellent reviews must be fake.Loan Me has one of the highest interest rates in the industry of loan sharks and is a great service for desperate people, they will approve almost anybody. My goal was to be in and out in a month; a deal fell through and I'm stuck with this crazy interest rate.
I am writing this review as my PROOF for the past two days I have been trying to make my payment by phone, and ONLINE its saying my lastname is not in the system and I cannot have a late payment on my credit. How UNPROFESSIONAL to not have enough staff to answer calls at the first of the month and zero agents available to take the call, just a VOICEMAIL. There is a promise of a call back but no one has called me. If you call Right Now; Its is April 1st and No one is available to take your call which is beyond unprofessional. Im Livid.

I was told I was preappoved for 100k.
I was dropped down to 15k for consolidation. Much appreciated. Interest rate is a little high and it didn’t require a hard inquiry for what I got based on my financial background. You shouldn’t have to be perfect to get a real chance. I’m doing pretty well for a someone who lost their arm. How, because people gave me chances and I excelled. I hope, in the future, loan me will give me a better deal. Thanks. I still appreciate the opportunity.

The loan application process was quick and easy. My loan agent, Chung N., walked me through the process in no time. He was truly professional and patient. I was funded within a couple of hours after signing all the required documents. Great company!😊

The Loan Agent Andrea Nguyen was very nice and knew exactly how to help me. She was very patient with me knowing I was going through major life issues like divorce and taking care of my mom who has major dementia. She was very forthright & because of her, I would recommend this company to help you with your short term financial needs. Tina

They called me back immediately after I submitted my online application. Within a few hours got approved for $10k and ended up accepting only 8k which was all I needed. Another good thing is that they can get you the cash ASAP in your debit card if you qualify. Thumbs up to my loan agent Edgar Zaragoza for being so nice and helpful. I was 100% satisfied and will definitely be returning there in the future.

Too pushy, they think they know it all but internally, they completely lack communication and try to blame it on people. I would not get a loan from them especially if you are a real person working on your credit, they'll only mess it up with a hard inquiry.
