Strung along for 3 months to be told no just before Christmas,very stressful awful service not very professional at all

I am being plauged with calls from this company. Apparently someone put my number in "by mistake" when they were making an enquiry, absolutely nothing to do with me. I have blocked the number but somehow they keep on coming with eight calls yesterday alone. Have contacted the company twice and they say there is nothing they can do!!! Apparently an automated system will keep trying to contact me because "it thinks that I have made an enquiry for a loan" WHICH I HAVE NOT

Waste of time , I spent 1 Hour and 10 minuites on the phone giving every aspect of my financial situation to get to the final stages to be told that Loanable charge 12.5% of the loan amount as a fee thats before the lenders £950 fee and then interest. I understand Loanable have to make money but this is seems insane as im trying to get out of debt. If i was told this at the start it would have saved a whole lot of time. Operator acted shocked when i wasn't happy with this and said well its better than the 20% apr your paying on your credit card. Really poor service.

Absolute rubbish, I have tried to contact this company on email and through the app on numerous occasions, and I am still waiting for a response, Avoid !!!!.

Said instant quote,so filled out gumf,and no quote,just a barrage of calls in the weeks after even though i have requested no further contact twice now,be wary as they will not stop it seems

I made an initial enquiry on Monday and was called by a lovely friendly man called Jamie. He took all the details, kept in touch with every development and to my amazement the money was in my bank account on Friday! They also have a very useful app and everything was signed through docusign. Excellent service.
