Really lovely and positive shopping experience
Enormously helpful staff - very friendly. I wanted a large rug, and it was good to see so many on display. I found what I wanted quite quickly, in the right colour.
I went away to think about it over coffee (excellent advice from a member of your staff), and came back ready to purchase.

Excellent customer service in Solihull
I would like to thank the manager of the Solihull branch for his excellent customer service. I have visited the store to purchase a sofa and accessories a couple of times now and I cannot tell you how helpful and welcoming all staff are, but particulary the manager, Peter (I think it was Peter - forgive me if I have the name wrong!). He is super knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to ensure that customers feel valued. If Loaf give out staff awards, this guy deserves to be top of the list!

Brilliant service
Brilliant service! The customer team came back the next day in answer to my stock query regarding mattresses in their Solihull Shack. Then, when I visited the shack, the staff were amazing - welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. Such a great experience - this brand really knows how to look after its customers, and the product is great quality.
