To gain theoretical knowledge and not have the financial liability that comes with it, LMP's courses may be good as a starting base, but for many specialist areas of learning, this doesn't cut the mark.
I took the Principles of Cyber Security (level 2?) course and initially learning about industry terms and frameworks was interesting, but reading about frameworks is not enough. It did not teach applied skills which are the day-to-day responsibilities of professionals in the field, and it certainly doesn't make you job-ready. The course didn't do any better to strategically position your existing experience in the language of IT/Cybersecurity.
I personally feel LMP gets many through its door with the 'FREE' offerings and puts students back out into the market with no realistic prospect of successful ROI for the students; when it in fact gets back its fees per head in full from the government. It's a win-win for it and the govt - the govt will report that it's fulfilling its quota for assisting learning - but not for the students.

Rob Smith is my tutor, He was an excellent tutor throughout my digital marketing bootcamp course. He explained everything clearly, made complex topics easy to understand, Rob was patient, encouraging, and genuinely cared about everyone’s progress. I started the Bootcamp excited but overwhelmed, struggling with learning difficulties, ADHD tendencies, and moments where I was genuinely ready to give up. In the second and third week, I almost walked away… but Rob didn’t let me fall.

His patience, kindness, and ability to explain even the most complex digital concepts with clarity and calmness changed everything for me. He saw potential in me when I couldn’t see it in myself. Because of Rob, I stayed, I finished and now I have a real future in digital marketing.

Rob doesn’t just teach, he transforms.
He teaches with intelligence, compassion, and real passion.
He guides with both mind and heart. His lessons gave me confidence, structure, and belief at a time when I needed it more than ever.

I am deeply grateful to him, and I hope one day to study under him again. When he publishes his book, I will be among the first to buy it and add it proudly to my collection of the most influential people to me on this planet.

Signed up for a course and no response. Unable to make contact. I am now wondering if they're legit. If so this problem with getting through has really put me off and will not study with this provider. Not good

Took a short course in digital marketing with Rob Smith as our tutor and it was brilliant. Rob made the course easy to understand and enjoyable. At the start of the course I knew nothing about digital marketing but now i feel confident to embark on a new career.

No communication from the centre at all. I was looking for an archive apprenticeship with them , got a response saying I’ve secured funded learning place then i reached out asking for more info which no one replied to . Sent a few for emails to them again no response until much later a recruiter actually got in touch which I was grateful for then got ghosted again when it came to booking a screening call. Just very disappointing experience overall

I recently completed a course in Digital Skills, which provided an excellent foundation for my upcoming studies in Cybersecurity. As a neurodivergent learner, I really appreciated that LMP allowed me to progress at my own pace while still having access to a supportive tutor whenever I needed help. This flexibility made the learning experience both accessible and enjoyable, and I feel well-prepared for the next stage of my learning journey.

I hated every moment of the course with LMP. Firstly, I was forced to attend an unnecessary induction which made me feel like a child. I felt very spoken down to. I was told I had to attend 3 compulsory meetings throughout the course (which thankfully were not enforced).

I had 3 different units sent back to me for review because what they wanted from answers were not made clear. I had previously completed a level 3 Autism course with another provider without a single issue. I also have a master's degree so to have level 2 work returned to me was rather shocking. Feedback consistently suggested I refer back to British Values. I was doing a course on Food and nutrition. I had no interest in British values or their relevance whatsoever and did not appreciate them being rammed down my throat.

The learning platform - Equal is absolutely dreadful. This was what nearly tipped me over the edge and made me want to quit. It is confusing and not the slightest bit user friendly. The lessons are done on individual slides and you have to work your way through each one (sideways) and then answer the questions on the final slides but it was messy and confusing. The questions weren't in the same order as the slides so I ended up accidentally putting some answers in the wrong place and then it didn't allow me to copy and paste so I had to write my entire answer out again. I was livid. I like to structure my answers in word and paste them in but Equal does not allow that. I would never recommend that anyone does a course who use Equal as their learning platform. Atom is far superior and much more user friendly. I am currently using it for the second time and I feel much less stressed than I did using Equal.

Overall I was very disappointed.

I think taking the digital marketing course at LMP is a fantastic experience. The course materials are great with lots of information about digital marketing. Though this is very intensive course of 8 weeks, you will learn a lot and meet new friends.

Very intensive and practical course! I learned a lot throughout my time at LMP. All of the tutors and staff are also very kind and genuine, doing their best to help us whenever needed.

I have finished Level 2 Autism course. It was a fully funded course and the support was great! I really enjoyed the experience and looking forward to start the new course with them.

I am a professional tutor working for a firm, and I wanted to learn and gain knowledge. I did the level 2 young people mental health last year, and Claire, who was my tutor last year was amazing. I cannot rate her highly enough. I have taken the level 2 SEN needs this year, and I am so happy that I have Claire again. This company has been fabulous, and I would highly recommend this company for anybody that wants to learn, develop and grow. You can email the firm, and they will reply.

Useless company - terrible communication. Contact details don’t work, mailbox is full, phone goes through to mailbox, direct emails are not answered. Very poor

What makes this organisation so special is the amount of courses you can access. There’s so much to choose from and whether it’s refining your knowledge or taking a ‘crash course’ and learning something new, there’s so much information in your subject and how to get started.

I took part in the Level 2 Creating a Business Start-Up over 9 weeks, and to be honest when I first started studying with LMP, I had my reservations. Not about the education providers, but about my own capabilities with where I was at mentally. The support I received was incredible and they designated a learning support officer to monitor my progress, and organise regular ‘check in’s’ to ensure I’m on track. The feedback I received from my tutor was incredibly useful and helpful to take forwards into my next steps of starting my own business. It’s given me clarity and confidence in my ability.

I would urge anybody who wants to learn something new to consider LMP Education - they were so kind, professional and courteous in their communication and I really enjoyed taking part in the course. I felt engaged and focused and I would definitely recommend them to other people, and consider using them again in the future.
