Awful. Put in 3 orders over 60 days ago. Nothing received. Refund requested and poor excuse made then just ignored me. Sent emails cancelling order and requesting refund and again ignored but I have proof they were read.

Had to go to bank as had proof of everything as well as fraud team and scottish courts as im out of a lot of money. Total scam, poor customer service and no idea on quality as no items ever came.

Amazing comapny , with amazing products, myself and all my customers are always so happy with our orders , xx

Not Sellers fault but items took way longer than stated to arrive plus the quality of the clothes were awful. Cheap and tacky.

I just love this company orders are coming quickly staff are very helpful never had an issue very highly recommended I will continue to support lm boutique they keep you updated on progress of orders to very efficient

Long wait time for products still waiting on items

Still not recieved my order i did ask about but no reply

Didn’t receive order from January or February had to get my bank to issue refunds as the owner didn’t want to know about the issue! 😡

Still haven't received any of the things that I have order and it's coming upto 2 months since I ordered them

Excellent service. I ordered 3 jewellery items and they arrived quickly and well package and all 3 were of great quality. I would highly recommend. Very efficient company.

Things are being received the owner works hard and is lovely to approach very helpful the staff all amazing loving the company

I am so pleased with all the items I have ordered. Everything arrived within the time scale. I am happy with the delivery times as free delivery is amazing. Amazing support from the rep I have ordered through and if I have had to contact the owner she has always been supportive and professional in dealing with my enquiries.

I really wouldn't recommend this company whatsoever. After 10 weeks my customers are still waiting on orders, just aswell they know me and I've proof of ordering or they would be war. Absolute joke of a company. I'll never order for here again. Half of these good reviews are from reps lol. Owner is so cheeky.
