Poor Customer Service…
We started the application for a purchasing card in October and it took over 6 months to complete. Communication was non-existent and I only ever received updates when I chased. Our account manager left and we were not informed, and it appears that her workload was not picked up at all by her replacement. Overall it was a really poor experience.

We have recently started using digital…
We have recently started using digital Visa cards, and they have made a real improvement to our purchasing experience.
Although we are not heavy users, being able to create a digital card for each transaction is simple, straightforward, and gives us much better control over our spending.

Very satisfied
We recently transitioned our corporate cards to Lloyds Commercial Cards, and the process was seamless from start to finish. The support from Lloyds Bank, and particularly Ryan Symonds, has been excellent throughout. Ryan has helped us grow our account and is always on hand to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
The corporate charge cards work really well for our business, and the ability to make large supplier payments has been a great fit for our operational requirements. Overall, a very positive experience and a reliable service.
