We recently attended a 50th birthday party where Gordon and his team provided the BBQ, and they were absolutely fantastic. The meats were cooked to perfection and were clearly top-notch, and the sides were just as good - it’s rare to find both done so well. Nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to detail was second to none. The whole meal was a big hit with all the guests. I’d definitely recommend Gordon and his team if you’re looking for a top-tier professional service; you won’t be disappointed!

We had the pleasure of enjoying the catering at our dear friends' wedding.

The hog roast was cooked to perfection. It was so delicious that I saw plenty of guests going back for second and even third helpings, which says it all!

In the evening, the cheese and charcuterie display was beautifully presented and just as impressive. Everything looked stunning and tasted amazing, with a wonderful selection that everyone enjoyed.

The LJB team did an incredible job from start to finish. The food was outstanding and they helped make a very special day even more memorable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any event. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

LJB Hogs were absolutely exceptional and incredible value for what they delivered. We couldn’t be happier with the food, service and vibes they brought to our wedding party. All of our guests complemented the outstanding hog roasts, vegan pie options, all the sides, canapés and the evening food of charcuterie and cheese boards. There was plenty for everybody with some hog roast left over which we put in Tupperwares to freeze and enjoy after the wedding. Gordon was brilliant to work with. He and his team were responsive ahead of the day, and as our wedding arrived, he was professional from start to finish, serving all the food on time to top quality. As well as catering, we hired a bouncy castle through Gordon which was SO much fun, another highlight of the day, and the little boozer which got plenty of use and attention. Highly and happily recommended. Thanks again Gordon. We loved having you.

Wow! We had a 50th birthday celebration and we had Gordon and the team come and cook a BBQ, from start to finish they were amazing. The food was incredible and everyone was saying how lovely I was. The guys were so lovely and professional. I would def recommend them and will be using them again

The food was absolutely amazing. And a massive thank you to Gordon and his team who were professional and went above and beyond to ensure our Xmas party was a huge success. I was at a family celebration that was catered for by LJB.
The hog was moist and the stuffing was the best I have tasted. I even went back for seconds. All the sides were delicious. My favourite is their coleslaw.
I also tried a mouthful of their smash burger which they did for non pork eaters. It was so good. I loved it all.
Plus and most importantly Gordon was very professional. He went out of his way to cater to our needs and make sure we were happy. His staff were also friendly and helpful on the day.

I was fortunate enough to be able to sample LJB’s hog roast at a wedding recently. The meat was beautifully prepared, succulent and there was lots of it. The way the team presented the food and accompaniments was very classy, and in theme with the wedding. It really looked great. My wife is a vegetarian, so we often struggle to receive the same level of food for her, but LJB Charred Hogs gave her one of there bespoke Vegan pies. I tried a piece and had food envy. Perfect.

I can’t recommend them highly enough. So much so that when I find the opportunity to use them or friends and colleagues ask, I won’t hesitate.

Their stuffing was absolutely amazing and so was the roast potatoes! They went above and beyond to cater for 2 vegans we had and feedback from them was also great!

LJB Charred Hogs Catering – Perfect for Our Family’s 70th Birthday

We hired LJB Charred Hogs for our family’s 70th birthday, and they were amazing! The pulled pork and BBQ were a huge hit—smoky, tender, and packed with flavour. The sides, like pasta salad and coleslaw, were the perfect complement.

The team was professional and made everything easy, from setup to serving. Our guests loved the food, and it made the celebration even more special. Highly recommend LJB Charred Hogs for any event!
