Customer Service excellent
Product is of poor quality and smaller than I expected. The string attached to ball and hook at top came away within 10minutes of play and is now frayed. Customer service have been responsive, first offering a replacement, then a refund that was quickly actioned.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with this company. I purchased a BBQ grill less than a year ago. Have literally used it once and this year whilst tidying up moved the BBQ and one of the legs literally snapped off. This item was clearly not fit for
purpose. They initially offered 20% refund as the item is out of stock but when I refused and asked if they could take the payment off from another item they refused and now state that the item is out of warranty! Surely the item has at least 12 months guarantee. I will trust my instincts in future and certainly won’t be using this company again.

Your purchase has a 90-day warranty. We happily offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture as we do not have any spare parts but as stated previously, we cannot issue a replacement for a new unit which you requested or full refund as the warranty has expired.

Lightweight and a bit of a puzzle when…
Lightweight and a bit of a puzzle when first taken out of the box, trying to untangle the line so we could test it. That hiccup aside, it was easy to fix, two persons ideally, and folds away neatly. The stay arm needs quit a decent amount of force to engage it in the socket, but this will probably ease as time goes on and the lines stretch a bit. Considering the price, this is a good value 'starter' line.
