My experience with LivX Capital has been extremely disappointing.

I successfully passed both evaluation phases, but my funded account was later removed with the explanation that the website was under maintenance. After nearly two weeks of following up with support, I was required to complete Phase 2 again, despite having already passed it. That experience alone significantly reduced my confidence in the company.

The trading conditions also make the funded account difficult to manage. The spreads are much wider than I expected, and with a strict 1% maximum risk per trade, even normal market slippage can become a concern. This makes risk management unnecessarily difficult, especially on fast-moving instruments.

Overall, my experience has been frustrating due to the combination of technical issues, the handling of my account, and the trading conditions. I hope LivX Capital improves its customer support, platform reliability, and funded account policies so future traders do not have to go through the same experience.

I passed both phases of the LivX challenge and successfully reached the funded account stage. After meeting all requirements, my funded account (#10194) was rejected for alleged "account layering."

I appealed the decision, provided my trade records, explained the circumstances, and requested a detailed review. While LivX maintained that a rule violation occurred, I respectfully disagreed because I did not intentionally attempt to gain an unfair advantage or violate any policy.

What disappointed me most was not the existence of rules, but the outcome after successfully completing the challenge and reaching the funded stage. I invested significant time, effort, discipline, and money into this process, only to lose the opportunity during the final review.

Every trader should carefully read and fully understand LivX's rules before purchasing a challenge, particularly the layering policy, as violations may result in account termination even after successfully passing the evaluation phases.

Following my appeal, LivX offered a $5,000 2-Step account as a goodwill resolution while maintaining its decision regarding the original funded account. I am currently discussing this proposal with the company and remain open to a constructive resolution.

This review reflects my personal experience. Traders should conduct their own research and make their own decisions before purchasing any challenge.

Please never purchase livx trading account. The account has been down for last 2 weeks and there is not even single support getting to resolve it. Im a community member itself and there is not even a proper response from the team. They only care about making you to purchase their course and trading account. Its a scam

scam firm . payout denied multiple times .taking too much days for processing finally they will find some manipulated reason to deny payout.

Taken challenge, but couldn’t trade, equity and balance shows as 0, and when I tried for support, it shows page not found, waiting for 2 days still no support, given mail but no response

I cant the withdraw the payment, while completed the rule of 2%. Withdrawal was delayed and rejected many time. Everybody wants to pay $175 for 5K instant account ,but its not worth. because of withdrawal days.
In my opinion 2 step account is far better than zero account.
