John is patient and supportive and makes you feel comfortable from the first lesson. His comments and advice are very helpful and he prepares you well as you advance to theory and to test.
As a long time learner, it's John who has finally got me to test ready stage and to developing to be able to pass first time. I'll always be grateful to him.

I highly recommend John as a driving instructor, I feel he has the ability to teach anyone especially if you’re like me and felt anxious to begin with. He’s clearly knowledgeable and experienced as well as professional and patient and I appreciate the support, guidance and flexibility he has given me. I feel like a safe and confident driver now.

John’s careful instruction and guidance enabled me to pass my test first time. Nothing was too much trouble and he was able to fit in my lessons around my work schedule. He was very patient and happily adapted his lessons when I asked for additional help. I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons with John and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to learn to drive; he’s a really nice man and made the whole experience much better than I thought it would be.

I couldn't recommend John enough, he's brilliant at what he does. John knows exactly when to push you out your comfort zone and always encourages. He does tell you straight but I really appreciated that. I thought we had a really good relationship and I didn't ever dread my lessons like I had previously with another instructor. He was always asking how I felt different parts of the lesson had gone and what I wanted to concentrate on, before providing his input also. He's just a really nice fella who cares about his students.

Couldn't recommend John more! I was quite anxious about learning to drive but his patience and calm demeanour always made me feel so at ease. He was brilliant at breaking things down into ways that were easy to understand and because of that, I passed first time!

John is a very good driving instructor who can easily adapt to you . He provides a good app with useful information and videos and helped me to pass first time!

John is a great instructor, he tells you exactly where your going wrong and doesn’t let you fall into bad habits. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Also the lesson tracker app is perfect for knowing what to work on when you are practicing with family.

John became my instructor very last minute after my original teacher let me down. I contacted him six weeks before my test, panicking and he kindly made space for me every week. He was incredible, made me feel so calm before my test and with his assistance I passed. I can’t thank or recommend John highly enough, absolutely great instructor.

Great guy! Had a deadline to pass my test by and he got me there on time with a first time pass.

I started my lessons in 2020 and passed my test May 2022. This was not due to John, but mainly due to COVID and were times that I had long term gaps between lessons. John, however, made the process remain as smooth as possible and supported me throughout the journey with a 5-star experience. The dedication John has to safety ensures that you are learning to the best of your ability and he made it very easy to recognise and resolve potential issues. His teaching methods are very clear and succinct, so you are not left trying to work stuff out for yourself. This gave me the confidence I needed when driving, which i may not have got with other instructors. Thank you John for all your help!
