Jen was brilliant, really engaging and the team have learned new skills that will really help them in their day to day work.

A bespoke pilot training programme that was delivered and reviewed to set up a whole day's training for staff which meets their needs. The course designers and facilitators could not have been more open and collaborative throughout the process. The staff on the pilot training spoke very highly of the materials and course delivery.

One of the best and the most interesting courses I have ever attended and my experience with training and development is quite immense. The course was delivered by Paul, who had my attention for full 7h and I am the person who gets bored quickly.
