It freezes A LOT, and lately i haven't been getting responses to my service requests when i have issues. Some of the more wanted channels freeze more than the others. I can rarely watch HGTV without it crashing on me. The channel schedules don't always show and sometimes they just don't change. I'll be seeing the schedule for 9:00 am at 8:00 at night.

Do not make the same mistake I did and choose a 2-year plan! The price seems tempting at $6.99/month, but had I known how awful their service was and how unreliable their technology is, I would have never chosen Live-Streaming TV.

My streaming issues started around 2 or 3 months after my initial subscription. Even though they boast their "anti-freeze" technology and 24/7 support, none of that actually exists. They also claim that a VPN isn’t necessary, but during our exchanges, they immediately suggested I add a VPN to resolve lag and loading issues, which I did—only for it to make no difference whatsoever.

I contacted support numerous times, politely and courteously, regarding the countless issues we encountered. Their responses were always vague, failing to truly address the questions or offer any real support.

The fact that we’re unfortunately still subscribed until January 2026 makes me feel like they’re trying to force us off their platform so they don’t have to deal with us anymore.

This is the kind of service Live-Streaming.TV offers: they’ll test your patience to the limit by vaguely answering your questions, ignoring you altogether, or, in the height of arrogance, blocking your access to their support service—as has been the case for us. All this in the hope of driving you away as a customer, making you regret trusting them while they pocket your payment.

We didn’t expect much from a platform like this, but we still hoped for at least some level of service and decent streaming quality—something Live-Streaming.TV is far from providing.

So, DO NOT trust this provider, and don’t sign up for anything beyond 1 to 3 months of service, or you’ll end up disappointed.

I believe they are out of business. The web site is not working, emails bouncing back and not answering the phone lines. Do not buy 1 year subscriptions for any IPTV services. Do month to month because they can shut down whenever they want this being one of them. I have sent in email service requests and getting ignored. Not my emails say I have been blocked.

Originally, I was very happy with the service. Recently, I’ve had issues with being kicked off the channel I’m watching. It’s a 10 minute process to access again. This happens frequently. I contacted Alex and he responded without answering my questions. I asked him to answer the 2 questions I have. I haven’t heard back since. That was 5 days ago. I have even tried the general support email. I’ve had no response from anyone. I might have considered keeping the service but, not now after the lack of response!

Purchased a 1 year subscription and after a few months my live tv channels only worked half the time. Some worked, some didn't, some stopped working as I watched them then came back later etc. At first I had access to movies and tv series as well but now those don't work at all. I've tried sending emails to their 'support' email but they never answer. Tried using their live chat but it's not live it's just a link to their 'support' email which they never answer. Don't make the same mistake I did, either the company has closed down or they don't have anybody working in customer service or tech support. Total Scam.

Update
After about 4 or 5 days and about 5 or 6 polite emails to their support department I finally got a response. Turns out there are people still working there so it's not a scam. They fixed my problem by changing urls, whatever that means, took 5 minutes and now it's better than ever, for the first time I can see the title and a description of the program I'm watching. I upgraded to 3 from 1 stars because it's not a scam but I can't give them more than that because they played a trick on me pretending to have live chat support and then making me wait 4 days for a 5 minute fix.

I love it. I always use it in my tv for streaming. very smooth.

If you’re looking for a reliable live tv option, this isn’t it. The streams constantly buffer and they’ll give you 5 different work around to resolve. When it ultimately doesn’t work and you ask for a refund under their money back guarantee, they won’t respond to you.

How good is this, watch whatever you want when you want. Recent movies at your fingertips ppv is unbelievable. But most of all if any problems livestream tv will be there to help any day and always

After a less than satisfactory experience with another company who couldn’t/wouldn’t help me and another company who took my money & ran, never got a word from them, I was reluctant to try another.

With a 30 day money back guarantee, I opted for the one year plan for two devices. Best decision ever! My request was processed quickly and Alex even emailed to check if I was setup. I use Tivimate app and this service works extremely well with it. Good epg, little to no buffering, fast responses from the vendor and a great selection of content. Wish I had found this service sooner.

I’m so sorry, I wanted to write this review 1 and 1/2 months ago back in Dec 2023, my sincere apologies.

Alex & Ana were very helpful and such a delight to deal with especially it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day during my renewal and they treated me like it was a normal day, holidays or not they always very promptly replied to my questions and how to send my payment because I was having a difficult time trying to send my money.
I highly recommend Alexa & Ana from this company, I will be sending more customers to them most definitely. 👍👍

LiveStreamingTV’s customer service is truly one-of-a-kind. I’ve never had someone get to back me so quickly regardless of the day or time I reach out. I can send an email at 10pm and I’ll wake up to a reply the next morning. We have encountered a few instances of buffering but the customer service is always so quick to offer resolutions which always work.

There are so many iptv services out there. I’m glad we chose this one. Not only were we able to get rid of cable but also all of our subscription services. We have two tvs on this service and we subscribed for my in-laws. An annual subscription for all three doesn’t even come close to what I was shelling out monthly on tv and subscriptions.

Tried out the 3 month 1 connection subscription to give LiveStreaming TV a try. Limited satisfaction with other streaming services in the past. Connection with the TiviMate player was a breeze. Had an issue with accessing the VOD menu but with the fantastic assistance from Alice, was able to get the setup completed.

Communication and timeliness of responses was fantastic!

The ability to build a personalized TV guide with the TiviMate premium subscription will have you watching your usual channels, with a vast library of other content for those times "there's nothing on"! Great customer service. I had some issues for the iptv. I asked them, promptly answered snd figured up the problem was because of the app that I used. Alice and her team guided me how to change the app and now, everything streams well.

I ordered the service thinking it would be better than the one I'm using. after installing it on my system I found it was not as good even though it was only about $10 cheaper. so I had requested a cancelation of service. thinking that I would get a full refund. I found out a few days later when I contacted the service that they requested a service cancelation and not a refund. I had 7 days to request as per advertised on their page. it was on the 7th day that I found out that fact and had requested a full refund. I got a email today that I had put the request too late.
