Terrible experience with the support staff. Squeezing out money left and right for their pet update (which takes you $400 - $700+ to get the maximum upgrade, and they keep adding more pets), but never helps you, and expresses toxicity.

* Got banned from Discord for absolutely no reason, all opinions are censored, you cannot react to people's posts with particular emojis. Asked to be unbanned on their Zendesk, what they did was just marked my inquiry as resolved without providing any response or an explanation, as I was not even aware of why I was banned.
* Reported cheating methods in-game, they also asked for a "proof" to "investigate". Is this my responsibility to look for the "proof" when I clearly provided people's IDs? Alright, I provided the proof, and, again, they closed the ticket with no explanation or response. The cheating players keep playing easily.
* Reported stalking and harrassing, as well as targeting, they said it was part of the game. I do not think that targeting a person for PERSONAL REASONS is part of the game, whenever a person goes, changes the servers worldwide, forced to play at a high ping to escape stalkers is part of the game.
* Moderators on Discord are super hostile and unprofessional.

All in all, a company that likes to squeeze the last cent out of people to play on par with others in terms of strength, and in reality they provide you zero support or help in situations where necessary. They haven't fixed a single bug in game (dungeon black screen glitch, laggy game experience that shows bad connection in each game, crashing on the second life when you join the teammate) in many years. The developers are so lazy that they will not be able to remove the "Valentine's" update and theme months after the Valentine's Day is over, that's how long it takes them to perform changes.

Feels like overall the company went to sh*t after acquisition, all aspects are just getting worse and players are complaining every day about pay to win practices. When I asked the mods to reassign my sentry to another name, that was totally ignored, I am not even able to see my statistics on Discord due to them being "helpful". Never seen a worse treatment to a person who spent hundreds on the game over years and promoted it to others.

No respect.

Best game ever it just requires skill and fast reaction timing.

I have been paying for years for 2 accounts and we reached high levels!

Suddently our 2 accounts didnt work anymore and I had even renewed and paid for extra pets!

But their support is just ignoring all my emails!!!

First they asked for so many unreasonale informations, e.g. what level I were on, which snakes, pets + much more, even I had given both snake names and ID names. I also sent copies of 4 invoices, but they just ignored like my last 10 emails to both littlebigsnake.com and Xsolla...

Its so sad for this else fun game, that they completely ignore their many years trofast customers!

I can only say: DONT PAY for anything!!

Really fun game, but the amount of ads on this is just atrocious and disgusting. 1 star.
