Ordered a new cushion for my husband's wheelchair.
Arrived next day, was notified by the carrier of a delivery time, well packaged. Just what was required.
You can rely on Lith-Tech for great customer service.

My wife and I spent over a month comparing reviews and specifications of folding power wheelchairs, from various companies. From our online research we concluded that it would be worth our while to arrange a demonstration with Lith-Tech.
From the start Toby was very thorough and caring. He took time to establish our requirements and physical capabilities. The demonstration covered all aspects of driving and maintaining their powerchairs with particular emphasis given to handling uneven terrain and cambers, which we were able to try for ourselves.
We feel that without Toby's help and extensive knowledge, we would not have had the confidence to choose the best powerchairs to meet our requirements. At no point during our conversation or the demonstration did we find Toby to be pushy or trying to force us into a sale.
In the relatively short time we've had our Smart chairs from Lith-Tech we've been able to regain our freedom and we continue to enjoy using them.

Paul our advisor was very thorough listened to our needs for electric wheelchair. My illness, my physical abilities, the weight for my 73 year old husband could lift.
Paul went through the best chair for me which was sc1 compact pro. How to put chair together, batteries, take wheels off and on to make chair lighter for lifting. How to recharge batteries, went through buttons on controller and then took me outside to teach me how to use chair up and down curbs, on tilted sidewalks. Paul was exceptionally knowledgeable and would say to anyone considering one of their chairs to definitively book an appointment and buy one. They have such varied chairs for different disabilities and for your needs. Most companies only offer you a choice of 2 chairs. This company really listens to the user and your requirements. Once you’ve decided to purchase one they make it whilst your there and you take home same day.
I would like to thank Lith-tech for changing my life and the freedom my chair gives me.

We visited Farnham for a consultation. Paul was very helpful and patient. Not at all pushy and left us for a while to make up our minds. The only downside was the weather was absolutely appalling and my wife couldn’t benefit from some of the outside tuition which would have been beneficial, especially on uneven surfaces and cambers. At the moment she is very nervous and so we are taking it very slowly but hopefully we will get there in the end. The chair is great, well built and comfortable.

Everything about my morning with Lith-Tech was perfect. My wife and I arrived a bit early for our appointment at their headquarters in Farnham. But they welcomed us with their full hospitality.

Their agent was very friendly and relaxed - and not least bit pushy. The exchanges were aimed at sharing information on our needs (compact for very small car,light weight, all terrain)and Lith-Tech's product capability.
We selected the PRO version of the Smart Chair. Everything was clearly explained to us covering operating and dealing with everyday obstacles, detaching and refitting of heavy components, loading and unloading of the car boot. The test drive covered all of areas discussed - with a lot of humour but ensuring we could perform all functions safely.
We bought a Smart Chair on the spot - which they set up and loaded into our car. My wife and I felt good about our morning with Lith-Tech. I continue to enjoy using my Smart Chair.

Easy to order, Received order quickly .Very efficient.

This chair is absolutely great! It means that I can now go out with family and friends for walks.
I am very fortunate that I can walk at all but I'm very slow and extremely unsteady. This chair is a game changer!
I set up an obstacle course in the back garden and this helped me get used to the controls.
You really have to watch it on our rubbish pavements round here but the chair can cope easily.
If you're thinking about getting one, go for it!
I did watch all the you tube videos beforehand and they're extremely useful.

Hi I have had a sc1 XL for a few months now it has been amazing given me so much freedom unfortunately it stopped working I phoned Lith tech with in 24 hours they were at my home and fixed it I live 3 hours away from them things you buy sometimes go wrong I recommend Lith tech they really care thank you Lith tech

Absolutely amazing company to deal with! Customer service is exceptional, chair arrived the next day- and I live in Scotland. The chair itself- I got the LITH-TECH TITAN- is even better than I could have imagined, the videos and pictures don’t do it justice! After years of not being able to go places…the world is now my oyster! Thank you.

Ah it was just a simple issue with the bag for the back of the chair and just a phone call and it was all sorted. No hassle at all just great customer service from a decent reputable country. Not endorsed in any way by Lith-Tech, just my own humble thoughts. If ya considering purchasing a decent chair for yaselves and/or accessories then honestly I couldn't recommend a company more worthy doing business with.

Will was fantastic. Had an issue with my wheelchair which is over two years old but no issue for Will. He put me at ease straight away asked for photo' and a video less than 10 seconds to email showing the problem. Once email was received will quickly said what part was.needed and was surprised how affordable the replacement is so paid for it straight away and Will would be sending it out either today or tomorrow. I cant thank Will and the Lith Tech Company enough for their help First Class

Arrived within 36 hours and allows my wife’s Whill model F to roll straight up into our Volvo estate.
