Frozen Meals Disappointing

I have had litr n easy in the past but the frozen meals were very disappointing. The butter chicken had three small pieces of chicken so I ate sauce and rice. The beef korma had no rice as advetised. Just meat and overloaded with peas. The fresh food was good and lasted longer than the date provided.

Notice a deterioration in quality of…

Notice a deterioration in quality of the meals in the last few months. Less protein ánd quality pasta sauces. Disappointing. The company needs to address this decline as there are other companies that supply meals.

Their meals are delicious

Their meals are delicious. Since I started using their service, I’ve lost weight. It’s so much easier than constantly thinking about what to cook and calculating calories. I’ve stopped craving food. The delivery is always perfect, they have never replaced any of the meals I ordered. Their customer support team is very helpful and friendly.

Lite n'Easy is The Best!

The food is really nice & fresh & has made my life so much easier. The deliveries are always made in the time frame notification with lovely drivers.
I started ordering Lite n'Easy because I am a vegetarian but my husband is not. He is now being treated for Cancer & I am having to concentrate on his needs & I was neglecting my own. Having Lite n'Easy has been so wonderful. I don't have to think, prepare or cook for me but I am having beautiful, healthy meals.

However:- Hello Lite n’ Easy

When I first ordered, they left my esky box outside, where the whole world passes by.

With the second box where I advised how to get in, the esky box was left in the foyer.

No one came to the first floor, where my apartment is! No one picked up my Esky. Honestly, I find this disgusting. I never asked to be living like this. Sadly, this is where I am and do expect things on the first floor.

Why don’t you deliver to my door? I can't even go out because of these circumstances. And yes, I have had things stolen and called the Police from the foyer. Tremendously Concerned!

So convenient

I have used Lite n’ Easy several times in the last few years, apart from the fact that I enjoy the range of meals they provide and the portions are generous. I’ve found the service invaluable when I’ve moved house and when I’m renovating.
After a busy day it’s so good to just reach into the freezer and select one of their satisfying meals!
Ordering is easy either online or by telephone, and the delivery service works well

Since 2015 I have no complaints

Since 2015 I have no complaints, either with delivery time, making my orders online, quality of meals, and at 87 In April, are still a happy customer of Lite N easy meals, well done LNEasy, just please do not knock on my door at 4am as some have published, my person just delivers about mid morning very quite and gone. Appalling advertising practices

This review is not about their food. It's nothing to write home about but it's ok according to my parents. This review is about their advertising practices. I manage the emails regarding my parents support at home orders. They couldn't cope with it any more. Here is why. Lite n Easy has the effrontery to use elderly participants names to get around the spam laws regarding advertising. You are supposed to be able to opt out of the advertising and only accept emails directly related to your purchases. But Lite n Easy takes the appalling liberty of putting elderly customers names on their adverts "allowing" them to literally bombard them with advertising emails. I demanded they stop this and their response was a veiled threat. I can have all the emails including their masses of annoying advertising or none - and be unable to support my parents with orders and receipts. Their system doesn't allow me to selectively opt out of the advertising. It might be legal but it is disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.

My home support provider suggested LNE…

My home support provider suggested LNE when I turned 80, a couple of years ago. Each time I have ordered the 28 meals, being a good saving in delivery and administration charges, compared to smaller deliveries and I appreciated having the meals. At my age and with spinal injuries to my back, causing much ongoing pain, I requested, that the driver come up my drive, into the back verandah and leave the box on an old tankstand, opposite the backdoor, being the closest and most convenient access to the kitchen. I was told the deliveries would take place after 7am, so had my gate unlocked by that time. Am not certain how many deliveries i have had, as I don't eat LNE all the time, but I guess there's been about 8 altogether. I would give the meals about 7 out of 10. All but the last delivery came after 7:30am, only 4 were placed on the tankstand, the others were left on a glass top table in the verandah, or behind a stone wall at the front of the property, which was very difficut for me to take into the house, having to use a laundry trolley and make several trips. When I reported that occurrence, I was assured that it wouldn't happen again and $10 credit would be taken off the next order, which did happen. However, recently after my last order was placed, I had had a sleepless night and went to unlock my gate early, it was between 6:15 ‐6:30, i was shocked to find that the box had been left outside my locked gate, on the footpath and it could have quite easily been stolen. I reported this to LNE and was assured this wouldn't happen again, but when I wanted to place my latest order, they advised me delivery times cannot be made. So, as I need to have my gates locked ovrrnight for security reasons, if a box does go missing, what happens ? And this apart from the great difficulties with which I struggle, to get the box contents to my kitchen ! Goodbye LNE !!!

Tried over days to order and apply discount.

Discount code would not work.

Called contact centre. Gave feedback about ridiculous website and discount code error.

Advised the discount code hasn’t been applied to the website following the extension. Asked for feedback to be provided to IT team. Advised that’s not my department!

You’ve only got to look at how long they take to respond to customer reviews to see they couldn’t give a rats about customer feedback.
