Very useful tool to increase efficiency. Support responds promptly and answers all questions. Excellent service.

Initially, I was impressed with the service. However, as I delved deeper, I found myself constantly relying on customer support to make things work. This experience has drastically changed my opinion. The time I've spent troubleshooting with customer service could have been better used creating my own listings independently.
The channel integrations are particularly problematic, with extremely slow updates from litcommerce for various platforms. In one instance, I was unable to access and fix many of my Etsy listings, resulting in lost sales data and the need to rebuild listings from scratch.
While I had high hopes for this service, the reality has been disappointing. The constant need for support, coupled with integration issues, has made the experience more frustrating than helpful.

I've recently installed the litcommerce solution after a terrible experience with the other vendor to connect Etys to Magento. The difference is like night and day. LitCommerce support is super and knowledgeable, and they hand off to one and other seamlessly. Setting up the etsy/magento connection has been relatively easy and at every stage they have been helpful. I look forward to enabling this channel and using their tool to leverage other channels.

LitComerce has excellent support. The service has been great for me, but rare issues have occured. However, their support team has always rectified these issues in 24 hours or less. The service has been wonderfully helpful for syncing inventories between my main website and Etsy. It does so seamlessly!

Litcommerce integrates fairly well with eBay and Squarespace, offering a user-friendly interface with responsive design. Subscription plans are straightforward and reasonable. Although some issues came up with transferring photos, their strong customer service support ensured a positive user experience overall.
