Item was not as described
Item was not as described. The garment arrived without any label confirming it was new, and there was no information provided about fabric composition. The label also appeared to have been cut off.
When I requested a return, the seller initially offered discount vouchers instead of a refund. After further discussion, I was given different return addresses at different stages, first in Canada and later in Germany.
Due to the inconsistent and unclear return instructions, I escalated the matter to PayPal and was ultimately issued a full refund.
