I ordered 2 dresses in December and only one delivered

I ordered 2 dresses in December. One arrived fairly quickly and I do love it and the fabric and fit. However, the 2nd dress has not arrived and they are not responding to emails inquiring about the 2nd dress. I just want to be reimbursed for the 2nd dress. Call it a day. Next move is to contact the credit card company and challenge the charges.

Allowed me to order something out of stock and no refund yet

I ordered a dress online and didn't hear about any updates aside from the order confirmation. Their AI bot isn't very helpful and it was hard getting a human to connect to. Long story short, it was actually out of stock and their website was incorrect. They canceled my order and said they refunded the money. It's been 16 days and I still haven't received the money. Unfortunately I had to do a charge back through AMEX because Lisa Says Gah said they refunded the money.

This is my first time ordering online and I feel a bit scammed.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying! First item arrived and was a completely incorrect (and horrible) item but in the correctly labeled bag, no tags, seems worn? I emailed with pictures and haven’t heard back I think they are implying I am lying?! I am a middle aged woman with a really good income, I could buy 3 of the same item if I wanted. Truly the weirdest and most annoying online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Second item I ordered before the first arrived, paid $20 for two day express shipping, so far it’s been 6 days. Horrible horrible customer service and all round experience. Do not be tempted by the cute prints.

Wont recommend

My order got cancelled twice because they perceived me as fraud. Customer service was very unhelpful, and did not help with the issue at all. Can not recommend shopping here.

Waste of time and money

Paid £180.00 plus shipping to UK for a pair of jeans to wear for my wedding weekend, they arrived broken and completely unwearable. Customer service were unhelpful and did not get another pair shipped out in time for me despite me telling them it was for my wedding and there was still just enough time to urgently send out a pair. They're good at sending sad faces in their emails though " :( " which shows they care.

Stay away! Horrible experience!!

I bought a dress from them and received an order confirmation, then a note that my dress had shipped. My tracking number wasn't working after 24 hours so I contacted them. After waiting for over an hour, they told me they'd never actually shipped the dress, they'd oversold it and their warehouse never found it in the first place. So disappointing and unprofessional to not only craft a fake tracking number and shipped email, but to make me wait over an hour to find out they'd messed up. They refunded me, as they should, but I was so disappointed. They gave me a small $15 gift card for a future purchase for waiting so long for help, but I don't see how I could trust them to take hundreds of my dollars again. Additionally, after I bought my dress, I saw that there was still the option to purchase again in the same size, so some poor other person undoubtedly had the same experience I did. Stay away!

Took ages to ship even though I paid…

Took ages to ship even though I paid $32 for express shipping to Canada. It claimed to take 2-3 days but took about 7 business days instead. Once the package came, it was missing one of my 2 items that I ordered. I have tried contacting support but they have not been any help and do not provide timely replies or just don’t reply at all. It’s ridiculous how unresponsive their customer support is and how much of a mess the shipping is. Lisasaysgah is likely run by someone who is inexperienced in e-commerce, so buyer beware. The other 1 star reviews are accurate.

Inventory not updated and poor communication

I placed an order for the Lily Dress on 6.03 hoping to wear it on my birthday (6.30). The Shop app specified that orders ship within 2-3 days so once 6.09 rolled around, I decided to contact them via email to check in. In their response they explained that the dress was back ordered and would be shipped out on 6.18 (when my order was placed the website made no mention of the item being back ordered). I do want to give credit where it’s due, because they did send me a $15 credit for the inconvenience. However, this was my second time ordering online from this brand and the almost the exact same thing happened to my first order when one of the items turned out to be sold out.
At this point I’m starting to feeling anxious.
6.19 comes around and I get no tracking number and no updates, so I decide to check in. This time I get no response.

That being said, the items I HAVE gotten from LSG have become some of my favorites. I once went to the San Francisco store and had a great experience there. My complaints about this brand have all to do with my experiences ordering online and nothing to do with the quality of the products. At the end of the day it makes me sad knowing that I most likely will not be ordering from them again since it’s so hard to find a brand that carries so many fun and whimsical designs.

Order still not here and NO communication

I ordered clothes almost a month ago for a high price. Since then, it has not shipped (despite it claiming it would take 2-3 business days) but worst of all, there is no way for me to get in touch with them from updates. They are not responding to emails or Instagram messages. The number they have online has been re-directed to another store. I could tell from the tone of the woman who picked up that it's not her first time having to speak with upset Lisa Says Gah customers. It's really unacceptable - I've never experienced such poor customer service before. I will tell all my friends to stay away.

Was a big fan of this brand

Was a big fan of this brand, however many times they made a mistake in my shipped orders. But what really got me is that they sent me a dress I didn't order and not the one that I actually ordered and was publicized on their website. I sent them an email immediately, and there was no answer until I emailed them again a week later. Their response basically was gas lighting me, insinuating that they didn’t do a mistake but if I am not happy I can return the item, instead of actually trying to do something to improve my experience, the least they could have done is not gas light me.

“We are sorry you were not happy with some of the items in the order number ******“

Love them

I had a really good experience with customer service at this company. I had an issue with a stain on a pair of pants I received and they were super friendly and very promptly sent me a new pair!

Edited review: After this was posted my order was shipped overnight. No response from customer service but they responded by shipping the order.

No update on shipping for 2 weeks

No update on shipping for 2 weeks, after emailing to check. When I asked to cancel order because it was taking too long they sent out an email the next day that it was sent and in transit. Wouldn't waste time here.

Everything about this company is a mess

Everything about this company is a mess. The sizing is off. The inventory is not updated. Customer service is non-existent. Shipping and delivery deadlines are totally ignored. They are easily the most disorganized, can't be bothered brand I have ever dealt with. Online it says each item measured but items were easily 4 sizes off. When I tried for an exchange or to find out what was in stock, it was truly impossible, inventory differs online from what's on Happy Returns differs from their Instagram shop. On social media, I was sent measurements for items I was bizarrely not allowed to have. Emails to customer service go unanswered. Another item I ordered for an event 2 day Express sat in their office after the label was made, so it arrived a week late, after when I needed it. As if all that wasn't bad enough, the package was bizarrely soaked through. Took me two months to get refunded. Buyer beware.

Awful

Clearly my item never got shipped and they never intended to send it. Please do not waste your time and money with this company, absolutely abysmal considering how much money their stuff is.

Gah!

Gah! So so cute, I absolutely love everything that this store carries, I will say it is on the more expensive side though. Would love a more affordable range!

Beautiful Service and Clothes

Truly an ideal experience!!! They use USPS and while shipping was kinda expensive it shipped within 2 days like it said it would. Super cute, sustainable clothes, what's not to love?
