I'm always surprised by how quickly orders are delivered. The supplements are perfect for anyone like me who can't easily swallow capsules and they are recommended by my naturopathic doctor whose judgement I trust.

Magnesium Magic!
Speedy delivery of my second bottle of Magnesium trial. My main reason for taking this was to assist with muscle recovery after physical training, at which it definitely appears to be effective. Also and as a bonus, there has been a noticeable improvement to my sleep - nothing huge but better than I have had in a long time.

Lipolife a great way to revitalise supplementation
Just great to see some insights in to increased absorbence of active components to herbs, vitamins and minerals. Even had feed back that they will look into removing sweetners such as xylitol for some products too. I hope this is not to be replaced with other sweetners in stead.

Expensive and slow delivery
Expensive and slow delivery: £8.34 using DHL that took 3 business days (was supposed to be express; "Express (1-2 Days)" stated the order) Royal Mail offers it's tracked 24 service for £5.29. Will not use you again.

We checked the tracking for your parcel which was dispatched on Friday and attempted for delivery on Monday, this is within the stated 1 - 2 working days targeted by DHL but we'd definitely like to be able to speak with you directly as delivery is our speciality :o)

Service client qui est vraiment très mauvais.
La livraison est lamentable malgré un prix très élevé.
On ne m'a pas remboursé les frais de port. Ce n'est pas normal.
Cette société est à fuir, la pire que j'ai eu, je ne commanderais plus jamais le moindre produit de cette marque même en France.
Je ne veux plus entendre parler de cette société qui est horrible.

Unfortunately the customer was unaware of the tax regulations following the UK's departure from the EU, despite this information being provided at checkout during the order process. The customer was not charged tax at point of sale and accepted our terms & conditions which clearly state that tax will be collected on delivery. Shipping was charged at the rate charged to us to ship from UK to France. The customer elected to refuse the parcel and was refunded for their purchase. We replied to every email received promptly and courteously and did our best to resolve this amicably.
Great multivitamin
Bought the multivitamin and it's great, feel so much better these days for taking it. I mix it in with apple juice as I don't like the flavour (personal preference) but other than that it's great, far superior to supermarket bought stuff

We have since tried to contact the customer directly but have not yet received a reply. The customer elected to pay by bank transfer and funds were not received. As such we were unable to dispatch the products as they had not been paid for. We hope to be able to speak with the customer directly to resolve the matter.

A good product but CONTAINS ALCOHOL.
My daughter swears by your Vit C with zinc product so I ordered 2 (to save postage!). I’m afraid it didn’t suit me at all as it contains alcohol described as ethanol on the label. I suffer from Histamine intolerance and I just took one dose and I was, what I call ‘HIT’, for several days. It also slightly triggered my hiatus hernia as I think the alcohol content is quite high. May I respectfully suggest you add to the label ‘CONTAINS ALCOHOL’. The postage and packing were fine and my daughter now has an extra supply. She has found it has meant she hasn’t had the colds etc which the rest of her family has had so IT WORKS !
