Design problems
The zipper kept getting material stuck in it so it was difficult to get on and zipped up in. Even with the lace around the edges the faja is still very noticeable under clothing where the line is on the thighs.

2nd set smaller size
I received my garments swiftly. They helped to compress my legs where I needed. This is my second pair of garments. I sized down to medium which fit my legs snuggly. The hooked area is not closing but the large garment fits way too big in all areas.

I purchased the wrong sizes and have been trying to get ahold of the company for 3 days to get a return to exchange, with zero response. I’m hoping to have this rectified soon. The product looks amazing I’d love to use it.

The garment I ordered fit perfectly
The garment I ordered fit perfectly, and I liked the fabric material. Unfortunately, the color I picked was beige, which looked too pink for my skin color. I called Lipoelastic and they quickly sent me a return label to exchange for a black garment. Overall, my experience has been excellent.

Return policy
The review is not about the quality of the product. I bought a size and it was way too small. When I asked to exchange or refund it they told me I have to send it back to the UK which would have cost $80 so it wasn’t worth it. Now I’m stuck with a $200 product !!!!

Great Customer Service
I have Lipedema, which can make finding the correct size of garments challenging, especially after surgeries. I recently had an issue with one of the garments I had purchased from Lipoelastic, related to size and not quality. They responded to my issue immediately, and were very accommodating to ensure I got the appropriate garments and was satisfied with everything. Other companies don't allow you to return garments if they have been tried on, which is very expensive and frustrating when you need quality compression but have other factors that complicate finding a "traditional size" based upon a size chart. The garments I have used from this brand are very high quality from the stitching and construction to the comfort and ease of long wear. I will continue to purchase from this brand for their quality and exceptional customer service. These garments are expensive, but I consider them an investment that will hold up much longer than cheap alternatives.
