Sofa was shipped quickly. It was very easy to put together. It looks really nice and is so much more comfortable than I imagined. Price was amazing. I see a lot of quality complaints for the "name brand" modular sofa company and can't imagine why anyone is still buying there when Linsy home is an option.

I ordered 4 seat with 4 ottomans and an extra seat, when it got here I got the 4 seats with the 4 ottoman. I messaged the company and told them I was missing the seat so I told them that being it wasn't shipped to go ahead and cancel it. They told me that it was all shipped in one bulk order and wouldn't arrive all together. When in reality the extra seat was shipped that day.

Great customer service including fixing a mistake I made instead of them.

The couch isn't horrible. I'm not a fan of the fact there's nothing holding the cushions in place. But its comfortable enough. I never received a tracking number for the package containing the arms, and when I emailed support asking if it came with arms, they told me that they had been delivered and said if i had not received them, to check with my neighbors or call fedex. They definitely hadn't been delivered, but I'm not going to hunt down the arms to the couch. I looked up the tracking number they gave for the arms, and it had not been delivered and they aren't due to be delivered for a few more days. Idk the whole thing annoyed me. Seems like once they have your money, they truly don't care whether you get all the couch or not.

We are in love! Came quicker than expected and so easy to set up. Comfortable and LOVE the amount of storage. I do wish there was someone who could call I could ask questions to. Like I have a seat cover and another pillow cover that came with it , there’s no info inside about what that’s for and if it’s a freebie would be just nice to know!

I ordered the Rubik III 8 seat with 3 ottomans and it arrived in less than a week! Very easy to assemble, within an hour of arriving we had it all put together! Very happy with our purchase!

If you live in an apartment this is definitely the way to go. They’re comfortable and easy to build.

My experience was amazing. The packages arrived very well put together and in a timely matter, with my initial delivery I was missing a component. I email the company and they were able to provide me promptly with the tracking number for that particular package since the item was shipped in multiple packages. The product itself is amazing, great quality and very functional.

My sofa arrived earlier than expected. I was missing one box, I reached out to them and the missing box was delivered the next day! We love it! It was so easy to put together. It took less than an hour for one person.

I chose the Linsy Rubik III because of the ingenious design and engineering that make it truly modular. Of all the competitors I looked at, Linsy was the easiest to reconfigure. On top of that, the fully removable, washable and replaceable covers were a huge factor for me - I even ordered an additional cover set in a different color so I can switch it up whenever I want. And I'll be ordering the Teal Polar Fleece once it's available, too.
When the boxes arrived, my husband was concerned about how long it would take to put together ... and he was surprised it only took around 5 minutes per unit! The units come 95% complete, you only have to install brackets on the backs or armrests, and attach the feet. So easy!
Everything was packaged well. No problems with the boxes or contents.
The cushions are a quite firm out of the box. I imagine these will soften up a bit over time.
While the feet are just fine, I wish that locking swivel casters were an option. It would make moving and reconfiguring even easier.
I'm really enjoying my Rubik III so far.

The shipping was super fast! The assembly was so so easy!! Absolutely love the extra fabric that was sent with my couch! Will recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for a couch!!!!!
