I ordered Gamma 1 basketball shoes for…

I ordered Gamma 1 basketball shoes for my son for 299 dollars. They were in stock on the website. I reached out when they had not shipped in 1-2 days as they guarantee. I noticed the price on the gammas increased to 499 on the website. I received and email this morning they had cancelled my order and refunded my money without my requesting a cancellation or a refund. Stay away from this company !!!

Pas livré et pas remboursé : l'arnaque

Ma commande passée en Novembre n'est jamais arrivée pour Noël, ni jamais ! Cela fait 3 semaines que j'aurais dû être remboursée et le service client ne répond plus à mes relances. 3 mois : pas de livraison, pas de remboursement. Une grosse arnaque !

Li Ning Jimmy Butler basketball shoes, don’t purchase. Excessive wear after only 8 games on informe wood court. Store won’t accept claim not even comparing the wear with other brands used for 3 times more training.

login error and return rules

After I paid, I immidiately receive an error about my login, which said my password was wrong, then I was trying to click forgot password, but I never get a link about that.
The packaging arrived without paper or instruction about the change/return rules. So even the shoes was a bit bigger but I have to keep it.

Zapatillas bádminton pro DEFECTUOSAS…

Compre unas zapatillas pro de bádminton el día 3 de noviembre y se ha roto la suela con una brecha inusual. Les escribo para pedir una explicación, porque evidentemente son unas zapatillas defectuosas. Y no se dignan a responder.
Nunca más comprare nada a esta gente. Y voy a hablar con e-Nay para ver qué puedo hacer. Desastrosos y una atención pésima

The customer Carlos bought from our store badminton shoes on the 7th of June and he contacted us by email and sent us one photo of the shoe which he sayed is defective inside and also sent us one other photo of other brand shoe - so we asked for more photos which he sent us in facebook chat. As we didn't have in stock ore the same shoe we suggested the customer sent the defective shoes back so we could sent information to factory. This was agreed with the customer. And he also asked for more photos of other shoes which we also sent him. So he sayed he will send the the shoes back and order other model. But as he was not sure which model to order he asked for new photos again. So as we have photos of products already in site its impossible to send customers photos of new products inside and different angles. So we tried to help him every way and wait for the product back for checking it.

Good brand

Devivery was really fast. Sneakes are fancy and comfortable. This is my third sneakers of this brand/ and I love them)
