I found Lingo Services so easy to deal with. They were friendly and nothing you asked wad too much trouble. I had a particular tricky situation with a document I was trying to get translated and Lingo Services guided me through each step and made me feel that they cared. Very good service with professional project manager
I needed to translate and certify my marriage certificate for UK Visa office. We had a Project manager assigned, Polina who's extremely supportive, respond to emails in 1-2 hours, everything's transparent, you review and approve the draft before final issue.
One suggestion if I may, the official website feels like it was made by a Claude vibe coder, which could undermine the brand image, I would recommend adjusting the layout and color scheme to make it appears less AI.
