My girl is having difficult in Chinese language. After I tired out the trial class at LingoAce, I love their teaching and my girl is interested the method of teaching I tried out for her beginner first.

I reached out to them a couple of months ago and made the mistake of giving them my number. I have been bombarded with marketing calls from them since that time, approximately once every few days. I keep telling them not to call, and then someone else calls on a different number. Even if they were an excellent product or good value (which I do not think they are), I would not go anywhere near them. Avoid at all costs.

My girls just started Lingoace classes and they really enjoy them. They liked that the teachers correct them 1-to-1 on zoom and were able to learn with better focus. We are sure that they will speak more confidently after more regular sessions of practices with the teachers!

Very good interactive Mandarin class. My daughter was fascinated with the cartoons and she stayed focus with the session.

My 3 kids have been with lingoace since they were 3+ all the way to primary school. We love our lessons are 1 to 1, fun and engaging with animation/storylines. My 2 older kids are doing the Singapore syllabus and it has been so helpful in improving their spoken, written chinese and reading. Thank you to the dedicated teachers at Lingoace 😀 🙏

Have been engaging LingoAce for both my kids since they were Primary 1 and it has been great. The teacher my kids have is a very good teacher. She managed to help my kids improve and she is very patient and encouraging. Continuing our package with LingoAce again because my kids have done well for their Chinese exams!

I was a teacher at LingoAce. LingoAce pay their teachers badly, reduce their pay after the 3 month period (which was already on a low amount) and they say they pay you based on experience, performance and industry standards. This is a lie. They only have advantages for the parents and themselves and the teachers are not paid a fair amount for their services nor cancellations. They lie about how much teacher can earn. I have seen many teachers complaining on the Microsoft teams chat about pay issues and cancellations. A teacher needs to cancel a class with more than 24hours notice and if they don't they will take the pay from the previous classes you taught but a parent can cancel anytime and you won't be compensated even if it is within 2 hours. So you cannot be sick or you will actually lose money. Terrible company to work for. Exploiting teachers is what they do best.
A complete waste of time and unfortunate for teachers who are looking for a decent job; this definitely isn't it.

LingoAce and Trustpilot are both now threatening to take down my review if I do not provide them with my details. LingoAce have said they will not pay me my final paycheck because of this unless I have a meeting with them and now trust pilot will take down my review if I do not provide my name and details to LingoAce who are already threatening me. The power of the people who have lots of money continuing to use their power to abuse and control other.

Both are just using AI bots to control what their bosses want them to do.

Funny how lots of 5 star reviews from months ago are being updated to be pushed to the top again...

The trial was awesome and my daughter loved it.

I am a teacher for LingoAce. I have thoroughly enjoyed working through LingoAce and my students are great. But unfortunately I have one major complication. I can’t seem to get in contact with them over an issue that is preventing me from being able to withdraw my earnings. I’ve tried emails, forums, personal admins, etc. I got one response in an email, saying they would allow me to update my details two days later so I could be payed. But they didn’t change anything and I still haven’t been paid. This is actually a last ditch effort to hear from them and be able to communicate my rather simple issue. I would love to continue teaching with them, but if they don’t allow me to update my one detail to allow me to be paid, I’ll be forced to walk away. Other than this frustration, I’ve had such a good experience with them and so have my friends. But this is quite ridiculous. I need to be able to get in contact with them. It should be simple.
Edit: I have been privately messaged repeatedly by someone from LingoAce demanding that I remove this review. They’ve also attempted to remove it themselves by flagging it. They seem more concerned about preserving their reputation than actually solving my problem. To be clear, I understand that my payday is still coming up and they haven’t “missed a payday yet”, but at this point, when I reach my payday time appointed in mid-November, I will still be unable to withdraw my funds as they’ve not allowed me to unlink my old payment method and add my new one. It’s something they say they’re trying to sort out, which is good, but in the meantime, I’m still unable to update my information and link my new payment method. They’ve been desperately trying to get me to remove this review. I’ve been unimpressed with the lack of professional communication.

Update: They have successfully allowed me to link my new information. The issue has been resolved.

My child enjoy lingoace class, we have been with lingo ace for more than 3 years. The teachers are helpful, supportive and encouraging! Chinese lesson is way more fun… writing compo and oral in a fun and engaging way!
