Still awaiting a refund and was told to use ASDA delivery service, went to Asda only to be told can only send back through post office. Two weeks have gone by and still no refund 😡

I can confirm that we do have 2 separate returns labels - one for the post office and also one for Asda. I’m sorry to hear that Asda advised you of this, I can confirm that our Asda returns label is correct and does work.
